Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unui hidrolizat proteic pentru mediile de cultura consta în aceea ca laptele praf degresat se trateaza cu acid clorhidric concentrat, la temperatura de 143 degree C timp de 3 h, dupa care hidrolizatul obtinut se neutralizeaza, apoi se dilueaza cu apa, dupa care se încalzeste la 120 degree C si se filtreaza pentru îndepartarea urmelor de proteine nehidrolozate.
