Abstract
Procedeu de obtinere a inoculului pentru biosinteza cheagului microbian, caracterizat prin aceea ca starterul de biosinteza se obtine prin cultivarea submersa a microorganismului producator mentinînd ca parametri temperatura cuprinsa între 27 si 40 degree C aerare între 0,3 si 1,5 V aer/mediu/min, agitare între 300 si 900 rot/min, timp de dezvoltare între 24 si 96 h mediul de cultura fiind format din 5....50 g/l amidon modificat enzimatic în concentratie de 5....100g/l, K2HPO4 0,1......10 g/l spumant 0,1....10 g/l utilizînd raporturi de inoculare starter vegetativ/mediu de biosinteza cuprinse între 0,1 si 20% volum greutate.
