Abstract
Procedeul pentru recuperarea uraniului sub forma de peroxid din solutiile rezultate la atacul minereurilor uranifere cu acid sulfuric si avînd un continut, în general mai mic de 10g/l uraniu solubilizat, prin tratarea acestora cu apa oxigenata pentru precipitarea peroxidului de uraniu urmata de separarea precipitatului din solutia-muma, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, în scopul diminuarii consumului de apa oxigenata si pentru accelerarea precipitarii peroxidului de uraniu, solutiile rezultate de la atacul cu acid sulfuric al minereurilor uranifere, sunt supuse în prealabil tratarii cu hidroxid de calciu si/sau carbonat de calciu si/sau carbonat de calciu sau cu un amestec de hidroxid de sodiu cu o sare solubila de calciu, la un pH ales între 2 si 4, egal sau usor superior pH-ului de precipitare aperoxidului de uraniu, formîndu-se un precipitat constînd din sulfatii si unele impuritati, precipitat care, dupa separare, este îndepartat si, eventual, reciclat la faza de atac a minereurilor, iar solutia continînd uraniul, astfel rezultata, este supusa tratarii cu apa oxigenata, pentru precipitarea uraniului sub forma de peroxid de uraniu, la un pH ales între 2 si 4, egal sau inferior pH-ului precipitarii anterioare a sulfatilor si impuritatilor la o temperatura cuprinsa în intervalul 0...60 degree C, de preferinta, 20...40 degree C si în prezenta de cel putin 43g/l peroxid de uraniu deja precipitat, reciclat din proces; eventual uraniul rezidual din solutia rezultata, dupa recuperarea precipitatului de peroxid de uraniu, este precipitat, în continuare, la un pH superior celui de precipitare a peroxidului de uraniu pur, prin tratare cu h
