Abstract
Procedeu de obtinere a carburii de titan, caracterizat prin aceea ca, 30,0...31,5% greutate negru de fum si 70,0...68,5% greutate bioxid de titan, uscate în prealabil, se supun amestecarii si omogenizarii în amestecatoare cu snec, timp de 2,5...3h, dupa care amestecul rezultat este brichetat prin presare la prese de 25 tf si apoi brichetele formate sunt introduse în nacele de grafit si se supun carburarii în cuptoare electrice cu rezistenta cu tub de grafit, în atmosfera de hidrogen, la temperatura de 2150...2200 degree C, timp de 75...90 min, realizate prin introducerea unei nacele în cuptor la fiecare 25...30 min, urmata de racirea nacelelor tot în mediu de hidrogen, timp de 90...100 min, cu ajutorul apei care circula prin mantaua cuptorului.
