Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea 1-carbamoil (3-5-diclorfenil)-3-hidantoinelor cu formula I: (vezi formula) în care R1 este alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon sau fenil si R2 este hidrogen sau alchil cu 1 la 4 atomi de carbon, caracterizat prin aceea ca, (3,5-diclorfenil)-3-hidantoine se trateaza cu fosgen în mediu de solvent organic ales dintre: toluen, xilen, clorbenzen, dodecan, dicloretan sau tricloretan în prezenta unui acceptor de acizi alesi dintre trietilamina, piridina, dimetilaminopiridina, carbonati sau hidroxizi alcalini, eventual asociat cu 5...10% un agent auxiliar ales dintre trietilamina, piridina, dimetilaminopiridina sau un derivat de amoniu cuaternar cu formula II: (vezi formula) în care R3, R4, R5 si R6 sunt identici sau diferitisi reprezinta fiecare un radical alchil, continînd între 1 si 20 atomi de carbon, alchenil continînd între 3 si 6 atomi de carbon, fenilalchil, eventual substituit, în care radicalul alchil contine între 1 si 6 atomi de carbon, X reprezinta clor, br om sau fluor, sau SO4, SO4H, PO4H2, hidroxil, alcoxisulfoniloxi continînd între 1 si 4 atomi de carbon si n este un numar egal cu valenta lui X, sau un derivat de fosfoniu cu formula III: (vezi formula)...
