Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a acizilor 3-eril-4-izotiazolcarboxilici cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care X si Y reprezinta independent unul de celalalt hidrogen, halogen, alchilinferior, alcoxiinferior, trifluormetil, cian sau nitro, constînd din aceea ca se trateaza o amida cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care X si Y au semnificatiile indicate mai sus, cu clorura de clorcarbonilsulfenil cu formula Cl-CO-C-Cl, eventual în exces, în solutie în toluen, la temperatura cuprinsa între 40 si 110 degree C, obtinîndu-se 5-aril-1, 3,4-oxatiazol-2-ona cu formula generala III: (vezi formula)....
