Abstract

Procedeul de afînae a unei bai de fonta, conform inventiei, prin insuflarea oxigenului deasupra baii si a unui gaz inert de barbotare si, de preferinta, a azotului prin fundul baii, pentru intensificarea diverselor reactii care au loc cît si a zgurificarii, în scopul limitarii tendintei de dizolvare a azotului în baie în timpul barbotarii la 20 ppm, efectueaza injectarea gazului de barbotare la periferia fundului creuzetului, în imediata vecinatate a peretelui lateral al acestuia cît si într-o parte mediana a fundului între centru si periferie, verificîndu-se continuu tendinta de dizolvare a gazului de barbotare în baie, prin controlul cu mijloace uzuale a gradului de barbotare cît si pozitia de injectare pe la periferie sau prin partea mediana a fundului creuzetului.
