Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de îndepartare a urmelor de mase plastice de pe componente electronice dupa încapsulare. Procedeul consta în supunerea pieselor respective unui tratament catodic într-o baie electrochimica de degresare-decapare, formata din 38...40 g/l metasilicat de sodiu, 60...65 g/l, fosfat trisodic, 20...30 g/l cianura de sodiu, cu temperatura de 40...60 degree C, tratamentul fiind condus sub o densitate de curent de 5...10 A/dm2, timp de 10...30 min, dupa care urmeaza spalarea cu un jet puternic de apa.
