Abstract
Procedeu pentru prepararea unor derivati de indolizina cu formula generala I:(vezi form. în desc.) în care R reprezinta un radical alchil cu catena dreapta sau ramificata avînd 1....8 atomi de carbon, un radical fenil, un radical mono-fluor, mono-clor, mono-brom, mono-metil sau monometoxifenil, sau un radical difluor, di-clor, di-brom-fenil sau un radical metil-fenil substituit în ciclu aromatic cu un atom de fluor, clor sau brom, X1 reprezinta hidrogen, clor, brom, iod metil sau metoxi, A reprezinta o grupa selectionata dintre: (vezi form. in desc.) în care X2 reprezinta hidrogen, clor, brom, iod, metil sau metoxi si X3 reprezinta hidrogen, clor, brom sau metil, R1 reprezinta metil, etil, n-propil sau n-butil; n reprezinta un numar întreg cuprins între 2 si 6 inclusiv, cu conditia ca daca X2si X3 reprezinta altceva decat hidrogen, consta în reactia de condensare dintre o bromoalcoxiindolizina cu formula generala II: (vezi form. in desc.)în care X1, R, A si n au semnificatiile de mai sus si o amina cu formula generala III în care R1 are semnificatiile de mai sus în mediu de toluen, drept solvent inert.Process for the preparation of indolizine derivatives of the general formula I: wherein R represents a straight or branched alkyl radical having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a phenyl radical, a mono- -fluoro, mono-chloro, mono-bromo, mono-methyl or monomethoxyphenyl, or a difluoride, dichloro, dibromo-phenyl or a methyl-phenyl radical substituted in the aromatic ring by a fluorine, chlorine or bromine atom , X 1 represents hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, iodine methyl or methoxy, A represents a group selected from: wherein X 2 represents hydrogen, chloro, bromo, iodo, methyl or methoxy and X 3 represents hydrogen, chloro , bromo or methyl, R 1 represents methyl, ethyl, n-propyl or n-butyl; n represents an integer ranging from 2 to 6 inclusive, provided that if X 2 and X 3 are other than hydrogen, it consists of the condensation reaction of a bromoalkoxy indolizine of the general formula II wherein X 1, R 2, A and n are as defined above and an amine of general formula III wherein R1 has the above meaning in toluene as an inert solvent.
