Abstract
Procedeu de preparare a aluminei pentru polizat, din trihidroxid de aluminiu, caracterizat prin aceea ca, folosind ca materie prima baierit si/sau nordstrandit, avînd o umiditate permanenta sub 3% greutate si o marime a granulelor cuprinsa între 45 si 125 miu materie prima este macinata într-o moara pendulara cu functionare continua avînd cel putin doua camere de macinare legate în serie, cu o durata de stationare în fiecare camera de macinare de 10...50 min, de preferinta 30 min si cu un grad de farîmitare de 8...10, raportat la diametrul mediu al granulelor, dupa care materialul sfarîmat este supus calcinarii timp de 36...48h, la temperaturi de 620...700 degree C si apoi se raceste în timp de 24h, pîna la temperatura de 20...30 degree C.
