Abstract
Procedeul pentru fabricarea bicarbonatului de sodiu si a acidului clorhidric prin tratarea unei solutii apoase de clorura de sodiu cu bioxid de carbon în prezenta unei amine tertiare, a unui solvent organic polar si a unui solvent organic nepolar, din proces rezultînd o faza apoasa care dupa îndepartarea bicarbonatului de sodiu precipitat, se reconcentreaza cu NaCl si se recircula la zona de reactie si o faza organica din care se îndeparteaza solventul organic, consta în aceea ca îndepartarea solventului organic se face prin extractie cu solutie apoasa de NaCl, temperatura în zona de extractie fiind de 0...50 degree C, de preferinta 30...50 degree C, din extractul rezultat se extrage solventul organic la temperatura de 150...260 degree C, folosind ca solvent de extractie amestecul de amina si solvent nepolar ce rezulta de la zona de termoliza dupa scindarea clorhidratului de amina.
