Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a poli-epsilon-caprolactamei, caracterizat prin aceea ca, în scopul valorificarii superioare a materialelor refolosibile, amestecul alcatuit din: 10...98 p material poliamidic de tip nylon 6, cu grad înalt de polimerizare, 90...2 p epsilon-caprolactama si 1...5 solutie apoasa 1...10% acid o-fosforic, este încalzit la 210...270 degree C, de preferinta între 215 si 230 degree C, în atmosfera inerta, sub agitare contnua, timp de 3...8h, dupa care se evacueaza suprapresiunea, se mai pastreaza la temperatura de reactie înca 1...2h, se extrude topitura de polimer brut aflata în vasul de reactie sub forma de cablu, într-o baie cu apa demineralizata rece (circa 20 degree C) dupa care cablul este granulat, iar granulele extrase cu apa fierbinte si uscate, dupa procedee de prelucrare a polimerului brut, în sine cunoscute.
