Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru fabricarea caramizilor cromomagnezitice care are la baza un amestec constituit din: 49...55% magnezita, 35...45% cromit, 8...10% alumina si pîna la 2% oxid de titan, amestecul utilizat poate folosi materiile prime uscate, concasate granulate si macinate la finetea 0,09 mm sau sub forma de precipitat de baza de 50% MgO, înainte de filtrare a restului de componente, se umecteaza cu 4% liant ales dintre lesie lignosulfitica cu densitatea 1,12 g/cm3 si solutie de 1% sulfat de magneziu, se precomprima pe valturi netede, dupa care se bricheteaza pe valturi alveolare, apoi brichetele se sorteaza astfel ca numai cele cu dimensiuni peste 10mm se ard la 1750...1950 degree C.
