Abstract

Domeniul din care face parte inventia este perfectionarea procedeului de filetare, în scopul evitarii deteriorarii flancului din fata a piulitelor ceea ce conduce la rebuturi masive la prelucrarea prin tarodare cu un singur tarod. Modul general de rezolvare consta în crearea unui adaos tehnologic acoperitor ca marime a uzurii care urmeaza sa fie înlaturat la tarodare de o geometrie specifica. Aplicarea ca procedeu rezulta din proiectarea de tarozi conform inventiei sau din transformarea oricarui tarod clasic prin subtierea grosimii dintilor din fata cu o valoare Ao, pe o lungime L1, dupa care printr-o crestere laterala a dintilor So, pe o lungime de L2, se ajunge la profilul final al unui dinte fara a depasi lungimea conului de aschiere a tarodului.
