Abstract

Procedeu pentru obtinerea celulozei pulbere insolubila în apa, prin hidroliza în solutie apoasa a materiilor prime celulozice, caracterizat prin aceea ca materiile prime celulozice, în special celulozele care contin lignina cu un continut redus de alfa-celuloza, se trateaza cu o solutie apoasa de bioxid de sulf, care are un continut de SO2 de 0,5 pîna la 10%, raportat la cantitatea de apa utilizata, procesul avînd loc la temperatura de 100 pîna la 135 degree C si la presiunea de saturatie corespunzatoare, la care raportul de flota dintre cantitatea de materii celulozice introduse si cantitatea de solutie de bioxid de sulf adaugata este de 1:6 pîna la 1:15.
