Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a corpurilor compuse cu matrice metalica, conform inventiei, realizeaza contactarea cu masa/preforma de umplutura permeabila, a matricei metalice constituite din aliaje uzuale de aluminiu, cu continut de Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Zn,Ca, Mg si Sr, în volum suficient pentru asigurarea plutirii umpluturii pe baia metalica, dupa atingerea temperaturii de regim, pe parcursul procesului de infiltrare spontana a umpluturii, care se îngreuneaza si se scufunda mai adânc în baia metalicatopita, putând coborî pâna la fundul acesteia, dupa desavârsirea infiltrarii, alimentându-se totodata în sistemul mentionat de infiltrare spontana, fie în matrice metalica, fie în atmosfera de infiltrare, fie în masa/preforma de umplutura, un precursoral intensificatorului de infiltrare sau intensificatorul de infiltrare ca atare, al carui tip este determinat de natura atmosferei în care se desfasoara infiltrarea spontana.
