Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject method comprising causing, in manufacturing a steel plate to be enameled using an Al killed steel, to contain specific quantities of N and Ti in the steel, and slowly heating and annealing, thereby improving scratch resistance of the steel without impairing deep drawability thereof.
