Claims (15)
- ΕΡ0987096 REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. Estrutura leve, que compreende - uma placa frontal (1) - uma placa posterior (2) e - uma armação de suporte (3) que liga a placa frontal (1) com a placa posterior (2) formando, pelo menos, um espaço oco (6), sendo a placa frontal (1), a placa posterior (2) e a armação de suporte (3) essencialmente em material idêntico, ou seja, formadas em carbureto de silício reforçado com fibras de carbono e em que a armação de suporte (3) com a placa frontal (1) e a placa posterior (2) são ligadas conjuntamente através de uma parte integrante do material, mais exactamente, através de silício, por meio de uma operação de fusão ou através de infiltração com a parte integrante do material fundida, dando origem a uma estrutura monolítica, caracterizada por, a placa frontal (1) e/ou a placa posterior (2) serem formadas por vários segmentos que, por meio de silício, através de uma operação de fusão ou através de infiltração com silício estão ligadas conjuntamente.
- 2. Estrutura leve de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada por a armação de suporte (3) ser formada por peças individuais separadas entre si, que são formadas como perfis maciços e/ou ocos. 1 ΕΡ0987096
- 3. Estrutura leve de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada por a armação de suporte (3) ser formada por peças ligadas conjuntamente.
- 4. Estrutura leve de acordo com uma das anteriores reivindicações, caracterizada por a placa posterior (2) e/ou a placa frontal (1) apresentarem furos ou aberturas (8) os quais ligam, pelo menos, um espaço oco (6) com um lado exterior da placa posterior (2) e/ou da placa frontal (1).

Corpo base para fabrico duma estrutura leve, que compreende - uma placa frontal (1) - uma placa posterior(2) e - uma armação de suporte (3) que liga a placa frontal (1) à placa posterior (2) formando, pelo menos, um espaço oco ( 6), em que a armação de suporte (3) está ligada, essencialmente, de modo inamovível à placa frontal (1) e/ou à placa posterior (2), através de meios de fixação, e a placa frontal, a placa posterior, e a armação de suporte serem formadas em carbono (C/C) com reforço de fibras de carbono ou em carbureto de silício com reforço de fibras de carbono ((C/SiC) ou suas misturas, caracterizado por a placa frontal (1) e/ou a placa posterior (2) serem formadas por vários segmentos.
- 6. Corpo base de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado por os meios de fixação abrangerem 2 ΕΡ0987096 dispositivos de ligação em fixação efectiva, principalmente, parafusos, cavilhas, ou pinos e/ou colagens e/ou uma camada de sinterização.
- 7. Corpo base de acordo com a reivindicação 6, caracterizado por as colagens ou a camada de sinterização abrangerem uma resina sintética, principalmente, uma resina fenólica que, de preferência, contém matérias de enchimento na forma de carbono, carbureto de silicio, silicio ou suas misturas e foi conseguida de forma que na operação de fusão ou na infiltração se transforma em material idêntico.
- 8. Corpo base de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado por as fibras de carbono serem produzidas como fibras curtas, tecido, feltro ou suas misturas.
- 9. Processo para produção duma estrutura leve abrangendo as fases: a) produção de uma placa frontal (1) , de uma placa posterior (2) e de uma armação de suporte (3), respectivamente, de carbono reforçado com fibras de carbono (C/C) ou de silicio reforçado com fibras carbono (C/SiC); b) ligação da armação de suporte (3) à placa frontal (1) e à placa posterior (2) de forma que a armação de suporte (3) se localize entre a placa frontal (1) e a placa posterior (2) e esteja unida inamovível com ambas, para formação de um corpo base com pelo menos um espaço oco (6) entre a placa frontal (1) e a placa posterior (2) ; 3 ΕΡ0987096 c) colocação do corpo base num forno e aquecimento do corpo base mantendo uma atmosfera não oxidante ou ambiente a uma temperatura que, pelo menos, corresponda à temperatura de fusão do silicio (1405°C); d) condução do silicio fundido para o corpo base de forma que o silicio penetre e reaja pelo menos com partes do carbono transformando-se em carbureto de silicio e formando a estrutura leve; e) arrefecimento da estrutura leve; caracterizado por a placa frontal (1) e/ou a placa posterior (2) serem compostas por vários segmentos.
- 10. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado por na fase b) a armação de suporte ser colada à placa frontal (1) e à placa posterior (2).
- 11. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado por a placa frontal (1) e a placa posterior (2) serem equipadas, respectivamente, com uma camada de cola e a armação de suporte (3) ser ligada sobre a camada de cola à placa frontal (1) e à placa posterior (2).
- 12. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado por o silicio na fase d) ser conduzido para o corpo base na forma de granulado de silicio ou silicio em pó.
- 13. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 12, caracterizado por o granulado de silicio ou o silício em pó ser conduzido para o corpo base, antes do aquecimento no interior do espaço 4 ΕΡ0987096 oco (6), de um lado superior, de um lado inferior ou de uma combinação deles.
- 14. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado por as fibras de carbono serem produzidas como fibras curtas, tecido, feltro ou suas misturas.
