Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób ciagly, wytwarzania torebek z folii termoplastycznej oraz urzadzenie do ciaglego wytwarzania torebek z folii termoplastycznej. Sposób wedlug wynalazku jest procesem ciaglym, w którym element zgrzewajacy zgrzewa przesuwany splaszczony rekaw z folii termoplastycznej, przy czym wykonana torebka jest oddzielona od pozostalego rekawa folii, przez perforacje wykonana w sasiedztwie zlacza lub na samym zlaczu.Znany jest sposób wytwarzania torebek, który jest obarczony wada polegajaca na tym, ze wskutek dzialania elementu zgrzewajacego kurczy sie tworzywo termoplastyczne w miejscu zgrzania, co zmienia wlasciwosci folii i czesto obniza jakosc zgrzanego polaczenia.Jest oczywiste, ze wytrzymalosc torebki zmniejsza sie pod wplywem skurczu i spowodowanego zmniejszenia grubosci scianek, wskutek czego torebki po napelnieniu pekaja.Znany sposób posiada niedogodnosci, które próbowano usunac, odcinajac czesc rekawa z folii przed wykonaniem zgrzewanego zamkniecia swobodnego konca rekawa z folii. Sposób zgrzewania odcietych czesci rekawa folii powoduje kurczenie sie tworzywa z obu konców w kierunku zgrzanego polaczenia, choc nie zachodzi oslabienie scianek torebki. Sposób ten posiada wade polegajaca na tym, ze nie mozna wytwarzac torebek w postaci tasmy, które zgrzane sa ze soba a rozdzielone od siebie perforacja. Obecnie stosuje sie taka tasme folii do wytwarzania cienkosciennych toreb wykorzystywanych jako pojemniki na smieci w gospodarstwie domowym.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie sposobu, który wyeliminuje niedogodnosci znanych sposobów i który umozliwi uzyskanie szeregu toreb polaczonych perforacja, przy czym szew zgrzewany ma wysoka jakosc, a jego tworzenie nie powoduje niepozadanego miejscowego oslabienia scianek.2 91 813 W sposobie wedlug wynalazku zgrzewa sie przesuwany splaszczony rekaw z folii termoplastycznej oraz oddziela sie perforacja torebki od siebie i od pozostalej czesci rekawa z folii w sasiedztwie lub na szwie zgrzewajacym. W sposobie tym jedna nie naprezona warstwe rekawa z folii podaje sie na powierzchnie zespolu zgrzewajacego,-a nastepnie rekaw z folii podaje sie w obszar walców dociskowych, przy czym predkosc podawania rekawa z folii po wyjsciu z obszaru zgrzewania jest mniejsza niz predkosc podawania rekawa z folii przed obszarem zgrzewania, zapewniajac swobodne kurczenie sie rekawa z folii oraz wlasciwa jakosc polaczenia, natomiast w czasie zgrzewania warstwy rekawa z folii znajduja sie w bliskim kontakcie bez ich docisku, zas po zmiekczeniu powierzchni przeznaczonych do polaczenia ustaje grzanie zespolu zgrzewajacego. Rekaw folii podaje sie pomiedzy walce dociskowe w których powierzchnia przynajmniej jednego walca styka sie z warstwa materialu nie podgrzewana przez zespól zgrzewajacy i utrzymuje sie w temperaturze, ponizej temperatury zmiekczania materialu plastycznego, a szczególnie w temperaturze otoczenia lub nizszej..Zlacze rekawa z folii wyciaga sie slizgowo z pomiedzy walków dociskowych przed ponowna operacja zgrzewania, dla zrównowazenia "róznicpredkosci przesuwu folii.Przy stosowaniu sposobu wedlug wynalazku moga byc na folii drukowane napisy po wykonaniu zlacza w taki sposób, ze druk nanosi sie w obszarze pomiedzy zlaczem i oslabionym obszarem, umieszczonych w duzej ' odleglosci. W rzeczywistosci na ogól najpierw drukuje sie napisy na folii, przed wykonaniem szwu zgrzewajacego i perforacji. Sposób takiego wykonania posiada niedogodnosc, poniewaz elementy zgrzewajace czesto stykaja sie z zadrukowana folia, co obniza estetyke wykonania i jakosc dzialania wspomnianych elementów zgrzewajacych.Poza tym jakosc drukowania jest lepsza kiedy zachowana jest pewna odleglosc od zgrzewanego polaczenia.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku wyposazone jest w zsynchronizowane ze soba zespoly walków, odbierajacych, zespól prowadzacy rekaw z folii oraz co najmniej jeden ogrzewany zespól zgrzewajacy jak równiez zespól oddzielajacy i/lub perforator. Urzadzenie posiada naprzeciw obrotowego bebna co najmniej jeden walec lub walce oraz ma regulowana równa podwójnej grubosci warstwy odleglosc pomiedzy bebnem i walcami.Element zgrzewajacy jest odizolowany termicznie od powierzchni obrotowej bebna, a dwa wspólpracujace walce dociskowe posiadaja chlodzony przynajmniej jeden z walców dociskowych stykajacy sie z warstwa nie podgrzewana przez element grzejny zespolu zgrzewajacego. Urzadzenie ma odsuwane od siebie wspólpracujace miedzy soba walce dociskowe dla podania folii miedzy te walce bez wywierania na nie nacisków. Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku posiada walec napinajacy, uruchamiany sprezyna znajdujaca sie za walcami dociskowymi.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku przedstawione jest na rysunku w przykladzie wykonania w ujeciu schematycznym.Urzadzenie zawiera osadzony obrotowo zwój 1, na którym znajduje sie folia termoplastyczna 3. Zwój ten jest podparty na obrotowych walkach gumowych 2, które sa napedzane z predkoscia obwodowa odpowiadajaca odpowiedniej predkosci podawania folii.Urzadzenie posiada walki prowadzace 4, którymi jest regulowana predkosc przesuwu folii 3. Za walkami prowadzacymi 4 znajduja sie perforatory 5, które na rekaw z folii nanosza poprzeczna linie perforacji, umozliwiajac pózniejsze odrywanie torebek od tasmy folii. Perforatory 5 skladaja sie z obrotowego bebna z ostrzami i wspólpracujacego z nim walka oporowego 6.Po wykonaniu perforacji folia jest przesuwana przez obrotowy beben 8 o powierzchni metalowej, na której znajduje sie element zgrzewajacy 10, odizolowany termicznie od obrotowego bebna 8. Element zgrzewajacy 10 jest wykonany z metalu, korzystnie z miedzi i pokryty teflonem. Element zgrzewajacy mozna ogrzewac do temperatury od 200-400°C przy pomocy elementów grzejnych (nie pokazanych na rysunku) w zaleznosci od grubosci folii, predkosci przesuwu i rodzaju folii. Folia jest dociskana wstanie nie naprezonym do elementu zgrzewajacego 10 przy pomocy walków prowadzacych 4. Powierzchnie folii zostaja w ten sposób zmiekczone i kazda z nich jest ogrzana do temperatury umozliwiajacej ich polaczenie pod wplywem przylozonego nacisku.Powierzchnia walka 8 poza elementem zgrzewajacym 10 powinna miec temperature znacznie nizsza od temperatury miekniecia folii, na przyklad ponizej 60°Cdla polietylenu a najkorzystniej nie wyzsza niz 30°C. Po ogrzaniu powierzchni folii do wspomnianej temperatury odsuwa sie ja od elementu zgrzewajacego 10 i przeprowadza pomiedzy wspólpracujacymi ze soba walcami chlodzacymi 12 i walcami dociskowymi 13.Stwierdzono, ze docisk rekawa z folii po uprzednim zmiekczeniu warstwy bezposrednio stykajacej sie z powierzchnia walca zgrzewajacego 10 zwieksza jakosc zgrzanego polaczenia. Walec chlodzacy 12 jest wewnatrz wyposazony w chlodzaca wezownice 18 dzieki czemu mozna utrzymywac powierzchnie walca chlodzacego 12 w temperaturze pokojowej lub ponizej tej temperatury.W celu zapobiegniecia oddzielania sie górnej warstwy folii od warstwy stykajacej sie z walcem zgrzewajacym w trakcie pracy zespolu zgrzewajacego, stosuje sie dwa walce 7 i 9 wykonane z gumy piankowej.Najmniejsza odleglosc pomiedzy powierzchnia walka 8 i odpowiednimi walcami 7 i 9 jest równa calkowitej grubosci scianek rekawa zfolii. / /01813 3 Walce 7 i 9 nie dociskaja folii. Element zgrzewajacy 10 jest odizolowany od powierzchni bebna 8 przypomocy izolacji azbestowej. Regulacje polozenia walców ly 9 i 11 zapewniono umieszczajac osie tych walców w szczelinach, w których mozna je przesuwac.Powierzchnie walca dociskanego 13 najlepiej wykonac z gumy. lecz mozna równiez zastosowac inny material, jak na przyklad metalowa powierzchnie pokryta teflonem. W pewnych przypadkach lepiej stosowac to ostatnie rozwiazanie. Dzwignia 19 ma za zadanie docisk walca 13 do walca chlodzacego 12.Walce rprowadzace 4 przenosza rekaw z folii nieco szybciej niz walec 13 dociskowy i walec chlodzacy 12, tak, ze rekaw folii 3 styka sie z elementem zgrzewajacym 10 w stanie nie naprezonym.Gdy rekaw z folii przestanie sie stykac z elementem zgrzewajacym 10 i przed ponownym zetknieciem z nim folii jest ona wyciagana z pomiedzy walców 12 i 13 z poslizgiem, za pomoca walca napinajacego 20 wspólpracujacego ze sprezyna 21. W ten sposób unika sie tworzenia zbyt wielkich zwisów pomiedzy bebnem 8 a walcami 12 i 13. To samo mozna uzyskac odsuwajac walec 13 od walca 12 chlodzacego.Za walcem chlodzacym 12 i walcem dociskowym 13 sa ustawione dwa wspólpracujace walce obrotowe 14 i 15, które przesuwaja folie z taka sama predkoscia, jak walki prowadzace 4. Z walków tych folia przechodzi przez mechanizm drukujacy 18a, gdzie nastepuje drukowanie napisów. Druk nanosi sie dokladnie pomiedzy zgrzanym polaczeniem i perforacja. Nie jest to jednakze konieczne, poniewaz mozna równiez drukowac na zgrzanym polaczeniu badz perforacji.Po wyjsciu z mechanizmu drukujacego folia przechodzi przez trójkat 16, w którym zostaje zlozona na pól, a nastepnie przez mechanizm zwijajacy 17, który nawija, na przyklad po dwadziescia torebek. Po nawinieciu pozadanej liczby torebek folie rozrywa sie wzdluz perforacji. W celu uzyskania mozliwie najlepszego polaczenia zgrzewanego pozadane jest obracanie bebna 8 zgrzewajacego, nieco wolniej niz walków prowadzacych 4. Mozna wtedy dogodnie przycisnac folie do bebna zgrzewajacego, dzieki czemu uzyskuje sie dokladne rozgrzanie górnej warstwy folii. Z drugiej strony pozadane jest równiez wolniejsze napedzanie walka dociskowego lub walka chlodzacego, niz bebna zgrzewajacego. PL

Sposób ciagly, wytwarzania torebek z folii termoplastycznej, w którym zgrzewa sie przesuwany splaszczony rekaw z folii termoplastycznej oraz oddziela sie perforacja torebki od siebie i od pozostalej czesci rekawa z folii, w sasiedztwie lub na szwie zgrzewajacym, znamienny tym, ze nie naprezony rekaw z folii, podaje sie na powierzchnie zespolu zgrzewajacego a nastepnie w obszar walców dociskowych, przy czym predkosc podawania rekawa po wyjsciu z obszaru zgrzewania jest mniejsza niz predkosc podawania przed obszarem zgrzewania, zapewniajac przez to swobodne kurczenie sie rekawa z folii oraz wlasciwa jakosc polaczenia, przy czym w czasie zgrzewania warstwy rekawa z folii znajduja sie w bliskim kontakcie, bez ich docisku, zas po zmiekczeniu powierzchni przeznaczonych do polaczenia ustaje grzanie zespolu zgrzewajacego, a rekaw folii podaje sie pomiedzy walce dociskowe, w których powierzchnia przynajmniej tego walca, która styka sie z warstwa materialu nie podgrzewana przez zespól zgrzewajacy utrzymuje sie w temperaturze ponizej temperatury zmiekczania materialu plastycznego, a szczególnie w temperaturze otoczenia lub nizszej.
