Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do ciecia materialów w postaci arkuszy, a zwlaszcza do ciecia materialów lisciastych. W szczególnosci urza¬ dzenie nadaje sie do ciecia materialów arkuszo¬ wych, na przyklad aikuszy papieru, kartonu, papie¬ ru toaletowego, oraz materialów lisciastych, na przyklad lisci tytoniu.Znane jest z opisu patentowego USA nr 2,385,692 urzadzenie do ciecia papieru toaletowego z arku¬ szy, zawierajace walec nosny dla przemieszczania tego arkusza, zaopatrzony w szczeliny rozmieszcza¬ ne wzdluz jego tworzacych, polaczone z otworami cisnieniowymi, z których kazdy jest przyporzad¬ kowany jednej szczelinie. Ze szczelinami wspól¬ pracuja osadzone na rolce poprzecznie nacinajace noze, tak ze wykonuja one perforacje na arkuszu, zas wzdluznie tnace noze osadzone na drugiej rol¬ ce dokonuja ciecia wzdluznego arkuszy, wspólpra¬ cujac z obwodowo rozciagajacymi sie rowkami.Otwory cisnieniowe przemieszczaja sie wzgledem wylotów zródel nadcisnienia i podcisnienia, tak ze otwory cisnieniowe znajdujace sie przed tym otworem cisnieniowym, w którego przyporzadko¬ wanej mu szczelinie nastepuje ciecie arkusza, sa zawsze polaczone ze zródlem podcisnienia, przy- sysajacego arkusz do powierzchni obwodowej walca nosnego. Natomiast zródlo nadcisnienia jest zawsze polaczone z otworami cisnieniowymi znajdujacymi sie ponizej tego otworu cisnieniowego, w którego 2 przyporzadkowanej mu szczelinie nastepuje ciecie arkusza.Tego rodzaju urzadzenie nie nadaje sie równo¬ czesnie do ciecia materialów lamliwych w rodzaju lisci tytoniu, wykazujac mala wydajnosc ciecia.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jeden z wylotów zródla podcisnienia, pod¬ czas trwania ciecia, jest zawsze polaczony z otwo¬ rem cisnieniowym tej szczeliny, w której naste- io jpuje ciecie materialu przez jeden z poprzecznie tnacych nozy.Dzieki temu mozliwe jest ciecie wszelkich ma¬ terialów w postaci arkuszy jak równiez materia¬ lów lisciastych, z duza wydajnoscia.Przedmiot wynalazku zostal blizej omówiony na przykladzie wykonania pokazanym na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w sche¬ matycznym widoku z przodu, fig. 2 — to samo urzaclzenie w przekroju schematycznym wzdluz linii II — II z fig. 1, fig. 3 — urzadzenie w wi¬ doku z góry, fig. 4 — powiekszony szczegól A z fig. 2, zas fig. 5 — powiekszony szczegól B z fig. 1.Jak pokazano na rysunku, urzadzenie posiada walec nosny 1, obracajacy sie w kierunku ozna¬ czonym strzalka na fig. 2, z którego czescia po¬ wierzchni obwodowej styka sie ciety material 2.Na walcu nosnym 1 wykonane sa szeregi obwo¬ dowych rowków 3, z którymi przecinaja sie usy- tuowane wzdluz tworzacych tego walca otwory 88 69888 698 cisnieniowe 4, polaczone z (powierzchnia walca szczelinami 5. Kolektor jest usytuowany wzgledem walca nosnego nieruchomo, w takiej pozycji, ze na otwory wylotowe tego kolektora kolejno nachodza otwory cisnieniowe obracajacego sie walca nosne¬ go, z tym ze zawsze z otworami wylotowymi ko¬ lektora, do których jest dolaczone zródlo podcis¬ nienia, polaczony jest otwór cisnieniowy, w któ¬ rego przyporzadkowanej mu szczelinie zachodzi ciecie materialu 2, i otwór cisnieniowy, w którego szczelinie bedzie nastepowac kolejne ciecie.
