Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko o ksztalcie zblizonym do kola, w dwóch jego odmianach. Zglaszane do ochrony ciastko wyróznia jego oryginalna postac, uklad linii oraz uksztaltowanie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoni przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach fig.l i fig.2, które przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany ciastka. Jak pokazano na ilustracji fig.l - ciastko posiada ksztalt zblizony do kola. Na powierzchni ciastka - wzdluz jego krawedzi - wykonane sa lukowate wyzlobienia-pasy. Trzy równolegle wyzlobienia-pasy umieszczone sa wzdluz polowy obwodu ciastka, a nastepnie, od krawedzi ciasta lagodnym lukiem wyprowadzone sa trzy kolejne wyzlobienia, które umieszczone sa wzdluz pozostalej polowy obwodu ciastka. W srodkowej czesci ciastka znajduje sie wklesle, okragle pole. Odmiana ciastka uwidoczniona na ilustracji fig.2 - posiada ksztalt zblizony do kola. Na powierzchni ciastka - wzdluz jego krawedzi - wykonane sa lukowate wyzlobienia- pasy. The cookie submitted for protection is distinguished by its unique form, line layout, and surface finish. The industrial design is shown in Figures 1 and 2, which depict subsequent variations of the cookie. As shown in Figure 1, the cookie has a shape similar to a circle. The surface of the cookie features arc-shaped grooves along its edge. Three parallel grooves are placed along half of the cookie's circumference, and then, from the edge of the cake, three further grooves extend in a gentle arc, along the remaining half of the cookie's circumference. In the center of the cookie is a concave, circular area. The variation of the cookie shown in Figure 2 has a shape similar to a circle. On the surface of the cookie, along its edge, arc-shaped grooves—stripes—are made. Three parallel grooves—stripes—are placed along half the cookie's circumference, and then, from the edge, three more grooves—stripe in a gentle arc—along the remaining half of the cookie's circumference. In the middle part of the cookie there is a concave, round area filled with a filling darker than the rest of the cookie.
