The new and original appearance of the design is revealed in its new shape and lines. Well-known stools for sitting outdoors had three legs in the shape of cylinders ending with a flat, sloping surface. The wafers had cutouts above the middle and were connected with a pin. In the upper part, a seat in the shape of a triangle with rounded corners was attached to each cylinder. The subject of the design is presented in drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the painters’ stool unfolded in a view of the longer side of the seat, fig. 2 shows the painters’ stool unfolded in a view of the shorter side of the seat, fig. 3 shows the unfolded stool in a view from above, fig. 4 shows the unfolded stool in a view from below, fig. 6 shows the folded stool in a view of the shorter side of the seat, fig. 7 shows the folded stool in a view of the longer side of the seat, fig. 8 shows the folded stool in a view from above, fig. 9 shows the folded stool in a view from below, fig. 10 shows the folded stool in an axonometric projection in a side view, fig. 11 shows the stool in a cross-section along the line A-A shown in fig. 1. The painters' stool has one support in the shape of a cylinder, which has two corrugations at the top, while at the bottom the cylinder is finished with an element in the shape of a truncated cone. At the top, the support is finished with a sleeve in the shape of a cuboid, having two protruding walls lying opposite each other, while above the element in the shape of a truncated cone, the support has an element in the shape of a saucepan turned upside down. Above the element, the support has a narrow thickening. On the other hand, on the support in the upper part of a larger diameter, there are two opposite notches, in which flat covers are placed in the shape of an elongated rectangle with shorter sides in the shape of a semicircle, having rectangular cutouts in the middle. The stool has two plate seats in a shape similar to the Greek letter omega, which have cutouts in the shape of a flattened ellipse, from the inner edges extending outwards two intersections, in which there are protruding walls of the sleeve. The edges of the seats are rounded from the bottom. On the seats there are side elements with a shape similar to the outer contour of the number eight and circular projections, which are pins connecting the seats with the protruding walls. From the bottom of the seats they have two flat bars in the shape of a rectangle with two recesses on the longer side and one recess on the shorter side. In the middle of each flat bar there is a thickening in the shape of a keyhole. Between these two-sided thickenings there are sliding supports in the shape of rods with one end flattened and in which there are holes. In these holes and thickenings there is a shaft. On the other side, the rods also have flats that are bent inwards, and their ends are cut out in the shape of the letter "T", and these ends are placed in the cutout of the flat overlay. The essential features of the industrial design of the Painters' stool shown in the attached drawings fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, are characterized by the fact that it has one support ended with a conical element, while the seats have cutouts and are connected from below with sliding supports, the ends of which are located in the cutouts of the flat overlays.
