Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klosz lampy oswietleniowej. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w nietypowym ksztalcie klosza, który rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów kloszy: - nietypowy ksztaltem misy, która rozszerza sie stopniowo ku górze na calym swoim obwodzie charakterystycznymi uskokami. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przedstawiony zostal na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia klosz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - pokazuje klosz w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - pokazuje klosz w widoku skosnie z góry, fig. 4 - pokazuje klosz w widoku skosnie od dolu, natomiast fig. 5 - pokazuje klosz w widoku od dolu. Jak pokazano na fotografiach - zglaszany do ochrony wzór klosza lampy stanowi misa z wykonanym w jej dolnej czesci okraglym otworem. Misa ta stopniowo rozszerza sie ku górze trzema uskokami, przy czym w górnej czesci posiada obwodowe przewezenie. W widoku z boku opisywany klosz przypomina trzy ulozone na sobie wspólosiowo dyski, z których najnizszy posiada najmniejsza srednice, a srednica kolejnych stopniowo jest coraz wieksza. The essence of the design lies in the unusual shape of the lampshade, which differs from previously known lampshade designs: an unusual bowl shape that gradually widens upward along its entire circumference with characteristic ridges. The design being registered for protection is presented in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the lampshade from the side, Fig. 2 shows the lampshade from above, Fig. 3 shows the lampshade from an oblique angle from above, Fig. 4 shows the lampshade from an oblique angle from below, and Fig. 5 shows the lampshade from below. As shown in the photographs, the lampshade design being registered for protection consists of a bowl with a circular opening in its lower section. This bowl gradually widens upward along three ridges, with a circumferential narrowing in the upper section. In a side view, the described lampshade resembles three coaxially stacked disks, the lowest of which has the smallest diameter, and the diameters of the subsequent ones gradually increase. An important feature of the design shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 is that: - it consists of a bowl with a circular opening in its lower part, - the bowl gradually widens upwards with three steps, and has a circumferential narrowing in the upper part, - in a side view, the described lampshade resembles three coaxially stacked disks, the lowest of which has the smallest diameter, and the diameters of the subsequent ones gradually increase.
