Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wywiewka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania elementów tworzacych jego poszczególne odmiany, a przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z boku, a fig. 2 przekrojem wzdluznym wywiewki. Wywiewka jest bryla obrotowa na która sklada sie szereg wspólosiowych rur cylindrycznych, zwienczonych od góry fragmentem czaszy kulistej, natomiast czesc dolna wywiewki ma stozkowy kolnierz o zbieznosci skierowanej w góre. Poczawszy od dolu rura o najmniejszej srednicy wchodzi w rure o srednicy wiekszej zwienczona pierscieniem pierwszym, z którego wychodzi koronowa tuleja pierwsza wchodzaca w pierscien drugi, przy czym z pierscienia drugiego wychodzi koronowa tuleja druga zamknieta fragmentem czaszy kulistej, której krawedz wychodzi poza jej powierzchnie zewnetrzna. Zaglebienia w scianach koronowej tulei pierwszej oraz w koronowej tulei drugiej maja dna zaokraglone, usytuowane w ich czesciach górnych. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air vent. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of the elements that make up its individual variations, and manifesting itself in the original shape and arrangement of the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a side view and Fig. 2 is a longitudinal cross-section of the air vent. The air vent is a solid of revolution consisting of a series of coaxial cylindrical tubes, topped at the top with a fragment of a spherical cap, while the lower part of the air vent has a conical flange with an upward taper. Starting from the bottom, the smallest diameter pipe enters the larger diameter pipe topped by the first ring, from which emerges the first crown sleeve, which enters the second ring. From the second ring emerges the second crown sleeve, closed by a fragment of a spherical cap, the edge of which extends beyond its outer surface. The recesses in the walls of the first crown sleeve and in the second crown sleeve have rounded bottoms, located in their upper parts.
