Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscien arytowany do opraw oswietleniowych, stosowany przede wszystkim do zabezpieczenia i usztywnienia reflektorów oraz szyb ochronnych i ozdobnych opraw. Pierscien bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierscien w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, a fig. 2 przedstawia pierscien w widoku z góry. Ksztalt pierscienia, to czesc walca, w którym krawedz dolna zakonczona jest drugim pierscieniem, przy czym w przekroju wzdluznym pierscien ma ksztalt duzej litery „L". Przy krawedzi górnej, na powierzchni wewnetrznej, pierscien ma ksztaltowe, lukowe wybrania, rozmieszczone symetrycznie, które umozliwiaja umieszczenie pierscienia na oprawie oraz jego czesciowy obrót wzgledem oprawy. The ring that is the subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ring in a perspective view from above, and Fig. 2 shows the ring from above. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in its shape. The shape of the ring is part of a cylinder, in which the lower edge terminates in a second ring, where in longitudinal cross-section the ring has the shape of a capital "L." At the upper edge, on the inner surface, the ring has shaped, arc-shaped recesses, arranged symmetrically, which allow the ring to be placed on the fixture and partially rotated relative to the fixture. The shaped recesses, in cross-section, are partially rectangular in shape and have a cylindrical recess in the front part, enabling the ring to be placed on the lighting fixture.
