Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta do oznaczania opakowan lodów i mrozonek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja graficzna i kolorystyczna, która w polaczeniu z zestawem slowno-graficznym bardzo sugestywnie oddzialywuje na odbiorców towaru, na którym jest umieszczona. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i na i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok od czola etykiety do oznaczania opakowan lodów i mrozonek, fig. 2 - widok od czola odmiany etykiety jak na fig. 1. Material ilustracyjny przedstawiony na fig. 3 stanowi kolorowa odbitke etykiety jak na fig. 1, fig. 4 - jest kolorowa odbitka odmiany etykiety jak na fig. 2. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez kolorystyka etykiety, w której powierzchnia góry lodowej, niedzwiedzia, gwiazdy polarnej i obrysu liter jest biala pozostala powierzchnia prostokata - granatowa, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. Odmiana etykiety jak na fig. 1 jest etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na górnej czesci powierzchni prostokata umieszczony jest w ukladzie pionowym zestaw wyrazów, na górze „POLARIS":, a pod nim, na calej jego szerokosci wyraz „ICE" o znacznych wymiarach. Litery wyrazów tego zestawu maja krój zdobniczy, zaznaczone gruba linia z obrysem krawedzi liter, przy czym zestaw wkomponowany jest na powierzchni prostokatnej oddzielonej ramka od zewnetrznych krawedzi waskiego prostokata. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez kolorystyka etykiety, i tak: powierzchnia góry lodowej, niedzwiedzia, gwiazdy polarnej, górnego prostokata - biala, powierzchnia obrysu liter i pozostala powierzchnia waskiego prostokata - granatowa, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is its graphic and color composition, which, combined with the word and graphic combination, has a very evocative effect on the recipients of the product on which it is placed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and in the attached illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a frontal view of a label for marking ice cream and frozen food packaging, Fig. 2 - a frontal view of a label variant as in Fig. 1. The illustrative material shown in Fig. 3 is a color print of the label as in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 - a color print of a label variant as in Fig. 2. The label for marking ice cream and frozen food packaging according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design characterized by the fact that it presents the surface of a narrow rectangle, positioned vertically. On the upper part of the rectangle's surface, a set of words is placed vertically, at the top "POLARIS" and below it, along its entire width, the word "ICE" of considerable size. The letters of the words in this set have a decorative font, marked with a thick line with the outline of the letter edges. In the word "ICE", the letter "C" touches the remaining letters "I" and "E", creating one coherent graphic composition. In the lower part of the rectangular surface, there is a graphic element of the sign depicting an iceberg on which a white bear stands, gazing at the polar star visible in the sky. The essence of the industrial design is also the color scheme of the label, in which the surface of the iceberg, bear, polar star and the outline of the letters is white, while the remaining surface of the rectangle is navy blue, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Fig. 3. A variation of the label as in Fig. 1 is a label according to the industrial design, the essential features of which are characterized by the fact that on the upper part of the rectangle's surface a set of words is placed vertically, "POLARIS" at the top, and below it, across its entire width, the word "ICE" of considerable size. The letters of the words in this set have a decorative font, marked with a thick line with the outline of the edges of the letters, and the set is incorporated on a rectangular surface separated by a frame from the outer edges of the narrow rectangle. The essence of the industrial design also lies in the label's colors: the iceberg, bear, Polar Star, and top rectangle are white, while the letter outline and the remaining narrow rectangle are navy blue, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 2) and illustrative material (Fig. 4). The label based on the industrial design, due to its distinctive graphic and color composition, has a very evocative effect on ice cream and frozen food consumers, associating the polar bear and Polar Star with low temperatures.
