Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania tubowego slodyczy, przeznaczonego zwlaszcza do przechowywania czekoladek w ksztalcie krazków. Nowa postac i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete opakowania tubowego slodyczy w stanie zwinietym w ksztalt tulei w widoku z przodu w wersji czarno-bialej, fig. 2 - te sama etykiete w stanie rozwinietym w wersji czarno-bialej, fig. 3 -etykiete pokazana na fig. 1 w wersji kolorowej, a fig. 4 - etykiete pokazana na fig. 2 w wersji kolorowej. Etykieta opakowania tubowego slodyczy w stanie rozwinietym ma ksztalt prostokata z centralnym polem prostokatnym w kolorze granatowym i jego odcieni usytuowanym pomiedzy dwoma poziomymi zlotymi pasmami, z którym dolne pasmo zlote jest znacznie szersze niz górne wezsze pasmo zlote, jak pokazano na fig. 2 i 4. W osi symetrii etykiety i dolnej czesci jej pola granatowego czesciowo przykrywajac dolne pasmo zlote znajduje sie rysunek czekoladki w ksztalcie krazka w kolorze brazowym i jego odcieni, z motywem dekoracyjnym, przyslonietej polówka czekoladki o analogicznym ksztalcie. Obie czekoladki czesciowo przyslaniaja usytuowany za nimi rysunek skobka drewnianego z mlekiem, przy czym pomiedzy skobkiem z mlekiem a cala czekoladka znajduje sie rysunek kwiatu z bialymi platkami, zóltym wnetrzem oraz zielonymi liscmi. Z kolei, nad skobkiem znajduje sie napis „MLECZNA CZEKOLADA" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze jasnobrazowym i jego odcieni. W górnej centralnej czesci pola granatowego pod waskim zlotym pasmem znajduje sie ciemnobrazowe pole prostokatne usytuowane poziomo, z wkleslym dolnym bokiem. Na polu tym znajduje sie napis „WAWEL" wykonany stylizowanymi literami w kolorze jasnobrazowym i jego odcieni, usytuowany pomiedzy górna krótka zlota linia pozioma oraz dolna krótka lukowa linia zlota równolegla do drugiej lukowej linii zlotej znajdujacej sie pod wkleslym bokiem pola prostokatnego.Na dolnym szerokim pasmie zlotym znajduje sie napis „SUPERIOR wykonany duzymi jasnobrazowymi literami czesciowo stylizowanymi, a pod nim w centralnej czesci tego pola znacznie mniejszy napis „SUPERIOR" wykonany czarnymi literami. Z kolei, w poblizu tego pasma i z obu stron czekoladek znajduje sie poziome waskie pasmo w kolorze zlotym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta opakowania tubowego slodyczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 i 4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - w stanie rozwinietym ma ksztalt prostokata z centralnym polem prostokatnym w kolorze granatowym i jego odcieni usytuowanym pomiedzy dwoma poziomymi zlotymi pasmami; - w osi symetrii etykiety i dolnej czesci jej pola granatowego znajduja sie rysunki czekoladek w ksztalcie krazków w kolorze brazowym i jego odcieni, czesciowo przykrywajac dolne pasmo zlote oraz usytuowany za nimi rysunek skobka z mlekiem, nad którym znajduje sie napis „MLECZNA CZEKOLADA", zas nad tym napisem pod waskim zlotym pasmem znajduje sie ciemnobrazowe pole prostokatne usytuowane poziomo, z wkleslym dolnym bokiem z umieszczonym na nim stylizowanym napisem „WAWEL" w kolorze kontrastujacym; - na dolnym szerokim pasmie zlotym znajduje sie napis „SUPERIOR" wykonany duzymi literami czesciowo stylizowanymi w kolorze kontrastujacym.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a label for a tube-shaped confectionery package, designed specifically for storing disc-shaped chocolates. The novelty and unique character of the industrial design are evident in its color scheme and graphic layout. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the tube-shaped confectionery package label rolled into a sleeve from a front view in black and white; Fig. 2 shows the same label unfolded in black and white; Fig. 3 shows the label shown in Fig. 1 in color; and Fig. 4 shows the label shown in Fig. 2 in color. The label of the confectionery's tube packaging, when unfolded, is rectangular in shape with a central rectangular field in navy blue and shades thereof, positioned between two horizontal gold bands, with the lower gold band significantly wider than the upper, narrower gold band, as shown in Figures 2 and 4. On the label's axis of symmetry and the lower part of the navy blue field, partially covering the lower gold band, is an image of a disc-shaped chocolate in brown and shades thereof, with a decorative motif, obscured by half a chocolate of a similar shape. Both chocolates partially obscure the image of a wooden spoon containing milk located behind them, with a flower with white petals, a yellow interior, and green leaves between the spoon containing milk and the entire chocolate. In turn, above the spout there is the inscription "MLECZNA CZEKOLADA" (MILK CHOCOLA) written in large block letters in light brown and its shades. In the upper central part of the navy blue field, under a narrow gold band, there is a dark brown rectangular field positioned horizontally, with a concave lower side. On this field there is the inscription "WAWEL" written in stylized letters in light brown and its shades, situated between the upper short gold horizontal line and the lower short arced gold line parallel to the second arced gold line located under the concave side of the rectangular field. On the lower wide gold band there is the inscription "SUPERIOR" written in large light brown letters, partially stylized, and below it in the central part of this field there is a much smaller inscription "SUPERIOR" written in black letters. In turn, near this band and on both sides of the chocolates, there is a narrow horizontal band in gold. Essential features of the industrial design. The label for the tube packaging of sweets according to the industrial design, shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 3 and 4, is characterized by the following: - when unfolded, it has the shape of a rectangle with a central rectangular field in navy blue and its shades, situated between two horizontal gold bands; - in the axis of symmetry of the label and the lower part of its navy blue field there are drawings of chocolates in the shape of discs in brown and its shades, partially covering the lower gold band, and behind them there is a drawing of a spoon with milk, above which there is the inscription "MLECZNA CZEKOLADA" (MILK CHOCOLA), while above this inscription, under a narrow gold band, there is a dark brown rectangular field placed horizontally, with a concave lower side with a stylized inscription "WAWEL" in a contrasting color placed on it; - on the lower wide gold band there is the inscription "SUPERIOR" in capital letters, partially stylized in a contrasting color.
