Kazdy z tych walków 22, 23 jest równiez wlaczony za pomoca koncówek w obwód pradu elektrycznego o duzej czestotli¬ wosci.Wyroby 24 wytworzone w ten sposób sa na¬ stepnie rozdzielone jedne od drugich za pomoca prasy 25 zaopatrzonej w elementy zabierakowe, które rozcinaja warstwe 6.Urzadzenie to stosowane jest do wytwarzania ele¬ mentów wyrobów o bardzo znikomej grubosci rze¬ du 5/10 mm do 3 mm i szczególnie do wytwa¬ rzania elementów stosowanych do dekoracji obu¬ wia i innych, lecz urzadzenie to moze byc stoso¬ wane do fabrykacji grubszych elementów.W przykladzie wykonania najbardziej korzyst¬ nym, warstwe materialu piankowego impregnuje sie materialem w postaci pasty lub proszków z ma- 6 terialów o tych samych wlasciwosciach chemicz¬ nych lecz o róznych wlasciwosciach plastyfikuja- cych, to jest zawierajacych rózne proporcje plasty¬ fikatora. 5 Wyrób otrzymany po zzelowaniu za pomoca pra¬ du wysokiej czestotliwosci ma czesci gietkie odpo¬ wiadajace strefom zaimpregnowanym o najwiek¬ szej proporcji plastyfikatora oraz czesci sztywne odpowiadajace strefom zaimpregnowanym masa io o najmniejszej proporcji plastyfikatora.Sposób wedlug wynalazku ma te zalete, ze poz¬ wala wytwarzac wyroby posiadajace strefy sztyw¬ ne polaczone ze strefami sprezystymi w jednej operacji, szczególnie czesci obuwia zawierajace stre- 15 fy wzmocnione na przyklad obcas buta ze swoja kapka i przyszwa ze swoim koncem twardym.Równiez ta wlasciwosc pozwala na lokalne wzmoc¬ nienie pewnej czesci obuwia na przyklad sztyw¬ nosci partii surowych, zaleznie od ilosci uzytego 20 plastyfikatora, uzytej masy, grubosci warstwy ma¬ terialu impregnowanego i proporcji impregnatora uzytego do tej warstwy materialu. Sposób wytwarzania sztucznej skóry z jedno- 25 czesnym formowaniem na jej powierzchni ele¬ mentów dekoracyjnych o zadanym ksztalcie, przez naniesienie na warstwe nosnika w postaci skóry, tkaniny lub podobnego tworzywa, warstwy pian¬ kowego tworzywa sztucznego na bazie polichlorku 30 winylu oraz prasowanie w matrycy z jednoczesnym dzialaniem podwyzszonej temperatury, znamienny tym, ze przed nalozeniem na nosnik warstwy pian¬ kowego polichlorku winylu impregnuje sie ja po¬ lichlorkiem winylu w postaci pasty lub proszku, 35 Przy czym matryce wykonuje sie z materialu o ma¬ lym wspólczynniku strat dielektrycznych.
