Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak przedni przeznaczony do samochodu, zwlaszcza osobowego. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, zderzak przedni wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacj i. Wzór zderzaka przedniego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zderzak przedni w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - zderzak przedni w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - w widoku z prawego boku. Zderzak przedni, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do prostokata i jest po bokach oraz u góry i u dolu lukowo zagiety do tylu. Od krawedzi górnej, z przodu ku górze odchodzi z wysunieciem ku przodowi, wystep ze schodkowo zalamanym uskokiem. Uskok ma na srodku lukowo obnizonakrawedz dolna u dolu i trapezowo podwyzszona krawedz górna u góry. Compared to similar designs of this type, the front bumper is distinguished by its novel design, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The design of the front bumper is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the front bumper from above, Fig. 2 shows the front bumper from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the right side view. The front bumper, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a frontal view that resembles a rectangle and is curved backwards at the sides, top, and bottom. A protrusion extends upward from the upper edge at the front, projecting forward. The offset has a lower, arched lower edge at the bottom and a trapezoidal, raised upper edge at the top. In its central section, the front bumper has a horizontally extending rectangular upper cutout with a rounded upper corners, inward-sloping sidewalls, below the upper edge, four vertical ribs extending downward for a certain distance, connected at the bottom by a wide horizontal rib, and a lower edge with two symmetrical rectangular cutouts. Below the lower edge of the upper cutout, from the front and overlapping the sides, the front bumper has a lower cutout extending horizontally from one side to the other, with a near-rectangular outline and rounded lower corners. In the central section, along the length of the upper cutout, the lower cutout has a grille formed of horizontal and vertical ribs, which is separated on the sides by inclined walls from contours that, in front view, resemble a trapezoid with rounded corners. At the bottom, the front bumper has a slight depression extending from one side to the other. On the sides of the upper cutout, the front bumper has a small square outline at the bottom, and above it, offset to the side, a longitudinal strip overlapping the sides of the front bumper. The side edges of the front bumper are slightly bent inward. In top view, the front bumper has a series of rectangular, oval, and circular contours. The key features of the front bumper are that, in front view, it has a near-rectangular shape and is curved backwards at the sides, top, and bottom. From the upper edge, extending forward, extends upwards, extending forwards, a protrusion with a stepped step. The step has a lower, arched lower edge at the bottom in the center and a trapezoidal, raised upper edge at the top. In its central section, the front bumper has a horizontally extending rectangular upper cutout with a rounded upper corners, inward-sloping sidewalls, four downward-sloping vertical ribs, connected at the bottom by a wide horizontal rib, and a lower edge with two symmetrical rectangular cutouts. Beneath the lower edge of the upper cutout, from the front and extending to the sides, the front bumper has a lower cutout extending horizontally from one side to the other, with a near-rectangular outline and rounded lower corners. In the central section, along the length of the upper cutout, the lower cutout has a grille formed of horizontal and vertical ribs, which is separated on the sides by inclined walls from the outlines, which, in front view, resemble a trapezoid with rounded corners. At the bottom, the front bumper has a slight depression extending from one side to the other. On the sides of the upper cutout, the front bumper has a small square outline at the bottom, and above it, offset to the side, a longitudinal strip extending to the sides of the front bumper.
