Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiertarka. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, wiertarka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, konturów i barwie. Wzór wiertarki uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia wiertarke w widoku od góry, fig. 2 - wiertarke w widoku od spodu, fig.3 - wiertarke w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig.4 - wiertarke od strony drugiego boku, fig.5.przedstawia wiertarke w widoku od przodu, fig.6 - wiertarke w widoku od tylu. Wiertarka ma korpus w ksztalcie przypominajacym graniastoslup o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach. Od przodu wiertarka ma walcowy, zakonczony stozkiem scietym uchwyt na wiertlo, a od tylu jest usytuowana raczka, majaca wydluzony, zaokraglony ksztalt. W widoku od góry korpus wiertarki, od strony uchwytu na wiertla, ma walcowe zakonczenie o znacznie mniejszej srednicy przekroju niz pozostala czesc korpusu, który nastepnie rozszerza sie i zweza w kierunku do tylu, przy czym od tylu korpus jest zakonczony zaokraglona kopula. Pod nia jest piecprzelotowych szczelin. W przyblizeniu w polowie dlugosci korpusu jest prostokatne zaglebienie, a w nim pokretlo z prostopadlosciennym, poprzecznym wystepem, wystajacym na jedna strone z okraglej podstawy. Ponizej jest usytuowane drugie okragle pokretlo z wystajacym prostopadlosciennym wystepem. Ponadto korpus ma dwa prostokatne, zaglebienia przy przednim koncu i poprzeczne, szersze i plytsze rowki - obrecze. W widoku z boku korpus wiertarki od góry jest prawie prostoliniowy z zaglebieniem na pokretlo i nieznacznym uskokiem i scieciem od strony raczki. Od tego sciecia, na boku wiertarki, w kierunku przodu korpusu, jest rozszerzajacy sie do spodu korpusu rowek, otaczajacy wybrzuszenie rozszerzajace sie w kierunku raczki, z ukosnymi zebrami w tym poszerzeniu. Od spodu krawedz korpusu wiertarki jest ukosnie pochylona w kierunku uchwytu na wiertlo. Raczka wiertarki w widoku z boku jest wypukla na zewnatrz i od tej strony ma inny odcien niz pozostala czesc wiertarki. Od drugiej strony ma na koncu trójkatny wystep, zas od góry prostokatny wystep, a na nim prostokatny przycisk. Raczka zachodzi na korpus i ma, uksztaltowany z wystepami, element o wspomnianym innym odcieniu. W widoku od przodu wiertarka ma ksztalt zblizony do scietego ostroslupa o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. W srodku sa wspólsrodkowe obrecze o róznych srednicach. Natomiast raczka w widoku od przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego o zaokraglonym koncu. Od góry ma prostokatne zaglebienie o innym odcieniu. W widoku od tylu raczka ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego o innymodcieniu, która zachodzi na korpus majacy w tym widoku ksztalt zblizony do czworokata o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach. Compared to similar products of this type, the drill according to the industrial design is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and color. The drill design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the drill from above, Fig. 2 shows the drill from below, Fig. 3 shows the drill from one side, Fig. 4 shows the drill from the other side, Fig. 5 shows the drill from the front, and Fig. 6 shows the drill from the back. The drill has a body shaped like a prism with rounded edges and corners. At the front, the drill has a cylindrical drill holder with a truncated cone, and at the rear is a handle with an elongated, rounded shape. Viewed from above, the drill body, on the side facing the drill holder, has a cylindrical end with a significantly smaller cross-sectional diameter than the rest of the body, which then widens and narrows towards the rear, with the rear body ending in a rounded dome. Beneath this dome are five through-holes. Approximately halfway along the body's length is a rectangular recess, containing a knob with a rectangular, transverse projection protruding to one side from a circular base. Below this is a second circular knob with a protruding rectangular projection. In addition, the body has two rectangular recesses at the front end and transverse, wider, and shallower grooves—rims. From the side view, the drill body is almost rectilinear from above, with a recess for the knob and a slight step and chamfer on the handle side. From this chamfer, on the side of the drill, towards the front of the body, there is a groove widening towards the bottom of the body, surrounding a bulge that widens towards the handle, with diagonal ribs in this widening. From the bottom, the edge of the drill body is diagonally inclined towards the drill holder. From the side view, the drill handle is convex outward and has a different color from this side than the rest of the drill. On the other side, it has a triangular protrusion at the end, while from the top, it has a rectangular protrusion with a rectangular button on it. The handle overlaps the body and has a protrusion-shaped element in the aforementioned shade. From the front, the drill has a shape similar to a truncated pyramid with a base resembling a rectangle with rounded corners. Inside are concentric hoops of varying diameters. In contrast, from the front, the handle has a shape similar to a rectangle with a rounded end. From the top, it has a rectangular recess in a different shade. From the rear, the handle has a shape similar to a rectangle in a different shade, which overlaps the body, which in this view has a shape similar to a quadrangle with rounded corners and edges.
