To mocowanie pakietu szyb utrudnia odplyw wody pochodzacej z opadów atmosferycznych, gromadzacej sie na górnej powierzchni szyby, zwlaszcza w oknach instalowanych w dachach plaskich. Profil okalajacy w swym ra- mieniu wierzchnim posiada nieciaglosc do odprowadzania wody opadowej z powierzchni pakietu szybo- wego. W oknie zamontowanym w pochylym dachu sa to naroza dolne profilu okalajacego. W oknie z pojedyncza nieciagloscia zamontowanym w pochylym da- chu moze ta nieciaglosc byc usytuowana w odcinku profilu okalajacego przylegajacym do ramiaka dol- nego ramy okna, zwlaszcza w polowie jego dlugosci. Nieciaglosc jest równiez w elemencie uszczelniajacym, usytuowanym pomiedzy ramieniem wierzchnim profilu okalajacego a pakietem szybowym, a jej brzegi przylegaja do brzegów nieciaglosci w profilu okalajacym. Obie te nieciaglosci tworza razem kanal odprowadzajacy wode, którego dnem jest szyba pakietu szybowego, usytuowana najblizej ramienia wierzchniego w profilu okalajacym te szybe. We wszystkich trzech odmianach postaciowych wzoru uzytkowego profil okalajacy pakiet szy- bowy moze równiez miec forme kilkuczesciowa, gdzie kazda z tych czesci obejmuje fragment obwodu PL 70 932 Y1 3 pakietu szybowego. PLPL 70 932 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a roof window that can be opened or closed, the glazing of which is embedded in the surrounding profile. The window is designed to be mounted in a flat roof or a sloping roof. Skylights are known, for example those disclosed in patents US 4750302 A or US 8191317 B2, provided with a glazing unit fixed by pressing its edges with the upper arm of the surrounding profile. The outer arm of this profile runs along all sides of the glazing unit, creating a uniform frame without any gaps. This fixing of the glazing unit prevents the outflow of water from precipitation on the upper surface of the glass, especially in windows installed in flat roofs. The roof window is equipped with a glazing unit, surrounded by an enclosing profile, whose top frame partially overlaps the upper surface of the glazing unit. The surrounding profile in its upper arm has a discontinuity to drain rainwater from the surface of the glazing unit. The surrounding profile also has a cover part, perpendicular to the upper arm, which covers the side surface of the glazing unit, and may also cover the sash frame or partly also the frame. The surrounding profile is preferably made of aluminum or steel. The connection of the glazing unit with the surrounding profile is sealed with a sealing compound and / or a gasket. According to the utility design, the roof window can be in the opening version, which has a sash frame and door frame, or in a single-frame, non-opening version. In the opening version of the roof window, the surrounding profile covers the sash frame, wooden or plastic, on which the glazing unit is mounted, and presses the glazing unit to the sash frame with its upper arm. The circumferential profile itself can also perform the function of the sash frame, and the glazing unit is fixed in this circumferential profile. The surrounding profile is connected to the frame of the opening window by means of hinges, which allow the window to be opened as a hinged window, i.e. so that in the open window position, the sash frame is on the outside of the building. The non-opening window has a frame made of a surrounding profile with a glazing unit, or it has a wooden or plastic frame, on which is mounted the surrounding profile with a glazing unit. In a non-opening window, the surrounding profile may cover the side surfaces of the frame. Preferably, the roof window has at least two discontinuities in the top leg of the enclosing profile, arranged at the corners of the profile. In a window mounted in a sloping roof, these are the lower corners of the surrounding profile. In a window with a single discontinuity mounted in a sloping roof, this discontinuity may be located in the section of the surrounding profile adjacent to the mullion of the lower window frame, especially in the middle of its length. There is also a discontinuity in the sealing element, situated between the top leg of the enclosing profile and the glazing unit, and its edges adjoining the edges of the discontinuity in the encasing profile. Both these discontinuities together form a water drainage channel, the bottom of which is the pane of the glazing unit, located closest to the upper arm in the profile surrounding the pane. In the first form variation of the utility pattern, the surrounding profile is uniform, having the shape of a capital letter "F" in its cross-section. The outer arm of the profile covers the glazing unit directly at its edge, and the glazing unit is mounted on the supporting arm of this profile, parallel to the upper arm. The section of the covering of the surrounding profile, joining both its arms, covers the side surfaces of the glazing unit, and the extension of this section beyond the support frame covers the frame of the window sash or partially also the window frame. In the second form variant of the utility pattern, the window has a frame on which the glazing unit is mounted, and the surrounding profile with its upper arm presses the glazing unit against the frame. In this form of the utility pattern, the profile surrounding the glazing unit may have a simultaneous form, that is the form of a uniform surrounding frame. In the third variant of the utility pattern, the window, apart from the surrounding profile, has a support profile on which the glazing unit is mounted. The support profile is permanently connected to the surrounding profile via the cover part of the surrounding profile by means of a fastening element. In this variation of the utility pattern, the surrounding glazing unit may have a simultaneous form, i.e. a uniform surrounding frame. In all three form variations of the utility pattern, the profile surrounding the glazing unit may also have a multi-piece form, where each of these parts covers a part of the perimeter PL 70 932 Y1 3 of the glazing unit. The individual parts of the profile are connected with each other by means of additional connecting elements, or directly, without their participation. The advantageous effect of using the utility pattern is the possibility of draining the water from precipitation that accumulates on the surface of the glazing unit through discontinuities in the surrounding profile. This is particularly important in windows installed in a flat roof, more prone to the accumulation of rainwater on their glass pane, the outflow of which is hindered by the surrounding full profile. The patterned solution can be used with any translucent module, for example made of glass or transparent plastics. The roof window, which is the subject of the utility model, is shown in the examples in the drawing. The individual figures of this drawing show: Fig. 1 - Roof window with a simultaneous circumferential profile, with discontinuities in the corners of the circumferential profile - in axonometry. Fig. 2 - Roof window with a simultaneous circumferential profile, with a discontinuity in the lower frame of the circumferential profile - in axonometry. Fig. 3 - Corner of the surrounding profile (especially from Fig. 1) with discontinuity in the upper limb - in axonometry. Fig. 4 - Cross-section through the edge of a window glazing profile, with an encircling profile. Example 1 The roof window (shown in the figure - Figs. 1, 3 and 4) has an enclosing profile 1 which has the shape of a capital letter "F" in cross-section, consisting of a cover arm 1 ', a cover part 1' '' and 1 '' support arm. The outer arm 1 'of the enclosing profile 1 partially overlaps the upper surface of the glazing unit 2, with its edge placed in the recess formed between the outer arm 1' and the supporting arm 1 '', the bottom of this recess being the cover part 1 ' 'surrounding profile. The lower surface of the edge of the glazing unit 2 rests on the supporting arm 1 '' of the surrounding profile. The cover part 1 "of the surrounding profile 1, in its section protruding beyond the support frame 1" ", overlaps the side surface of the frame. In an opening window, the section of the 1 "cover part extending beyond the 1" "support frame is connected to the frame with hinges (not shown), and the surrounding profile 1 acts as the frame of the sash. The outer arm 1 'has four discontinuities 3', located in the corners of the surrounding profile 1, whose task is to drain water coming from atmospheric precipitation from the surface of the glazing unit 2. The window with discontinuities 3 'of top arm 1' located at the four corners of the enclosing profile 1 is intended primarily for installation in flat roofs where the glazing surface is horizontally or slightly sloped. In windows intended for installation in a roof with a greater inclination, two discontinuities of the upper arm, located at the lower corners of the surrounding profile, are sufficient. In order to maintain tightness, the window is provided with a sealing element 4, located between the top leg 1 'of the enclosing profile and the edge of the glazing unit 2, the sealing element being adjacent both to the top leg and to the glazing unit. A part of the sealing element 4 is also arranged around the glazing unit 2, between its lateral surface and the cover part 1 'of the surrounding profile 1, this part of the sealing element being adjacent both to the glazing unit and to the casing part of the surrounding profile. In places where there are 3 'discontinuities in the top limb 1' of the surrounding profile 1, discontinuities also appear in the sealing element 4, forming together with the 3 'discontinuities of the top limb 1' a drainage channel, the bottom of which is the surface of the glazing unit 2. Discontinuity the sealing element 4 also has a part thereof located between the glazing unit 2 and a cover part 1 "of the surrounding profile, wherein on this drainage channel section, an inclined bottom 5 of the drainage channel is formed in the sealing element 4. Example 2 The roof window (shown in the drawing - Figs. 2 and 4) has an encircling profile 1 which has the shape of a capital letter "F" in cross-section, consisting of a cover arm 1 ', a cover part 1 "and a support arm 1'. '' - identical to the first example of the utility model implementation. The outer arm 1 'overlaps the upper surface of the edge of the glazing unit 2, the lower surface of this edge rests on the supporting arm 1 "", and the shield part 1 "of the encircling profile overlaps the side surface of the frame - as in the first embodiment of the pattern. PL 70 932 Y1 4 The outer arm 1 'has one 3' 'discontinuity, the task of which is to drain water coming from precipitation from the surface of the glazing unit 2. The 3 '' discontinuity is located in the middle part of the lower section of the surrounding profile 1. The window with a single 3 'discontinuity of the 1' top arm is intended for installation in pitched roofs where the glazing surface is also inclined, especially in a closed window . Identical to the first embodiment, the window is provided with a sealing element 4, located between the outer shoulder 1 'of the surrounding profile and the edge of the glazing unit 2, and also around the glazing unit 2, between its side surface and the covering portion 1' ' surrounding profile 1. At the point where there is a 3 '' discontinuity in the upper leg of the lower section of the surrounding profile 1, there is also discontinuity in the sealing element 4, which together with the 3 '' discontinuity in the upper leg forms a drainage channel with the bottom surface of the shaft package 2, and at the end of the channel, formed in the sealing element 4, inclined bottom 5 of the drainage channel (figure - Fig. 4, common to examples 1 and 2). P r x l a d 3 The roof window has a sash frame on which a glazing unit is mounted together with an encircling profile with a cross-section of an unequal angle (capital "L" shape). The shorter frame of the angular surrounding profile is the top leg which partially overlaps the outer surface of the glazing unit. The longer frame of this angle bar is a cover part of the circumferential profile, which covers the side surface of the glazing unit and covers the side of the sash frame. In the opening window with a frame, a part of the cover of the surrounding profile covers also the side of the frame and is connected with the frame by means of hinges. E x l a d 4 The roof window has a glazing unit and an enclosing profile with a cross-section of an unequal angle (capital "L" shape). The shorter frame of the encircling profile is the top arm, partially extending over the outer surface of the glazing unit, and the longer its frame is part of the enclosing profile. The window is also equipped with an additional support profile, which acts as a shelf for the glazing unit. The surrounding profile and the supporting profile are permanently connected with each other by means of fastening elements or a snap-fit. In an opening window having a frame, the cover part of the surrounding profile overlaps the side of the frame and is connected to the frame via hinges. PL
