Opakowanie, zwlaszcza akcesoriów komputerowych Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 3 grudnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza akcesoriów komputerowych, znajdujace zastosowanie jako opakowanie równiez innego rodzaju przedmiotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture, ornament i material. Nowa postac opakowania przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, elementach zdobienia i wyposazenia. Opakowanie, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, prezentujacym opakowanie w widokuperspektywicznym oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - uwidaczniajacej opakowanie w widoku ogólnym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie, zwlaszcza akcesoriów komputerowych jest uksztaltowane w formie prostopadloscianu a w jego sciance frontowej 1 sa wykonane prostokatne otwory 2 i 3, rozmieszczone po obu stronach osi A-A, tworzace okienka. Okienka sa osloniete przezroczystymi szybkami.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLPackaging, especially computer accessories. The right to register an industrial design has been in effect since December 3, 2003. The subject of an industrial design is packaging, especially computer accessories, which can also be used as packaging for other types of items. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, ornamentation, and materials. The new form of the packaging is manifested in its shape, decorative elements, and fittings. The packaging, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, presenting the packaging in a perspective view, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, showing the packaging in a general view. The essential features of an industrial design include the fact that the packaging, especially for computer accessories, is shaped like a cuboid, and its front wall 1 has rectangular openings 2 and 3, arranged on both sides of the A-A axis, forming windows.
