Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet opakowan, zwlaszcza upominków, znajdujacych zastosowanie jako dotychczas niespotykana forma pakowania róznorodnych przedmiotów, szczególnie upominków. Do tych przedmiotów nalezy zaliczyc: slodycze, alkohole, bielizne, ksiazki, kosmetyki, artykuly gospodarstwa domowego i inne produkty. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - fig.6 prezentuja poszczególneopakowania skladajace sie na komplet, pokazane w widoku ogólnym oraz na fotografiach, fig. 7 - fig. 12. Opakowania, zwlaszcza upominków skladajace sie na komplet sa wykonane z grubo tkanego materialu w postaci surowej juty. Powierzchnia frontowa opakowania jest zdobiona lub nie jest zdobiona motywem 1 w postaci aplikacji. Aplikacje 1 maja róznorodny charakter i sa wykonane ze scinków materialów, z nici, ze sznurka i innych surowców. Aplikacje l maja charakter roslinny, kwiatowy, z motywami zwierzecymi, z motywami bajkowymi, z motywami symbolizujacymi pewne wydarzenia, rózne okazje, swieta oraz elementy o charakterze reklamowym i marketingowym a takze logo firm. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego - komplet opakowan, zwlaszcza upominków 2, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig.l i na fotografii, fig. 7 nalezy zaliczyc, ze jest wykonany z surowo tkanej juty i uksztaltowany w formie torby, która u góry posiada uszy 3. Powierzchnia frontowa opakowania jest ozdobiona aplikacja 1, wykonana ze scinków materialu oraz ze sznurka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, opakowanie, zwlaszcza upominków 4, zaprezentowane na rysunku fig. 2 i na fotografii, fig. 8 nalezy zaliczy, ze jest wykonane z surowej juty. Jest uksztaltowane w formie wydluzonego worka, z przymocowanym u góry uchem 3 i trokami 5 na boku. Frontowa powierzchnia opakowania jest ozdobiona aplikacja 1, wykonana ze scinków materialu, welny i sznurka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, opakowanie, zwlaszcza upominków 6, wchodzace w sklad kompletu i uwidocznione na rysunku fig.3 i fotografii, fig.9 nalez y zaliczyc, ze jest wykonane z grubo tkanej juty. Ma postac worka z aplikacja 1 na powierzchni frontowej i uszami i wykonanymi ze sznurka, zakonczonymi suplami.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego - opakowanie 7, wchodzace w sklad kompletu, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, zaprezentowane na rysunku fig.4 i fotografia fig. 10 nalezy zaliczyc, ze jest wykonane z surowej juty. Opakowanie 7 ma postac otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu o bocznych sciankach, które po zlozeniu opakowania zachodza na siebie. U góiy opakowania do przedniej i tylnej scianki sa przymocowane uszy 3, wykonane ze sznurka z widocznymi wezlami. Przednia scianka opakowania 7 jest zaopatrzona w aplikacje 1 o charakterze okazjonalnym, wykonana ze scinków materialu, sznurka, nici i wstazek. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego - opakowanie 8 kompletu, zaprezentowane na rysunku, fig. 5 i fotografii, fig. 11 nalezy zaliczyc, ze jest wykonane ze zgrzebnej., .grubo tkanej juty. W widoku z góry opakowanie 8 ma zarys zblizony do kwadratu. Obrzeza poszczególnych warstw materialu sa polaczone ze soba za pomoca ozdobnej tasmy 9, przebiegajacej na calej dlugosci opakowania i tworzacej u góry lukowo wyprofilowane uszy 3. The subject of an industrial design is a set of packaging, especially gift packaging, used as a previously unheard-of form of packaging for a variety of items, especially gifts. These items include sweets, alcohol, underwear, books, cosmetics, household appliances, and other products. The essence of a design is a new and unique form of the product, given its unique character by the characteristics of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1-6 show the individual packages comprising the set, shown in general view and in photographs, Fig. 7-12. The packages, particularly gift packages, comprising the set are made of coarsely woven material in the form of raw jute. The front surface of the package may or may not be decorated with motif 1 in the form of appliqués. Appliqués 1 are diverse and are made from fabric scraps, thread, string, and other raw materials. Appliqués 1 include plant and floral motifs, animal motifs, fairy-tale motifs, motifs symbolizing certain events, various occasions, holidays, as well as advertising and marketing elements and company logos. The essential features of the industrial design – the set of packaging, particularly for gifts 2, shown in the drawing, Fig. 1 and the photograph, Fig. 7 – include that it is made of raw jute and shaped like a bag with handles 3 at the top. The front surface of the package is decorated with an appliqué 1 made of fabric scraps and string. It is shaped like an elongated bag with an attached handle 3 at the top and straps 5 on the side. The front surface of the package is decorated with an appliqué 1 made of fabric scraps, wool, and string. The essential features of the industrial design, especially the packaging for gifts 6, included in the set and shown in Figure 3 and Photograph 9, include that it is made of coarsely woven jute. It has the form of a bag with an application 1 on the front and handles made of string, finished with knots. The essential features of the industrial design, the packaging 7, included in the set, according to the industrial design, shown in Figure 4 and Photograph 10, include that it is made of raw jute. The packaging 7 has the form of a cuboid, open at the top, with side walls that overlap when the package is folded. At the top of the package, handles 3 made of string with visible knots are attached to the front and back walls. The front wall of the package 7 is provided with occasional applications 1, made of material scraps, string, thread, and ribbons. A significant feature of the industrial design – package 8 of the set, shown in the drawing, Fig. 5, and photograph, Fig. 11, is that it is made of coarse, woven jute. Viewed from above, the package 8 has a roughly square shape. The edges of the individual material layers are connected by a decorative ribbon 9, running the entire length of the package and forming arched handles 3 at the top. A significant feature of the industrial design – package 10, comprising the set, shown in the drawing, Fig. 6, and photograph, Fig. 12, is that it is made of coarse, woven jute and shaped like an elongated bag.
