Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac butel- ki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy dotyczy butelki w dwóch odmianach: 1. - odmiana pierwsza - butelka o zbieznych sciankach, przedniej i tylnej. 2. - odmiana druga - butelka o równoleglych sciankach, przedniej i tylnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ry- sunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - butelke w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z dolu, fig. 4 - butelke w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z boku, fig. 5 przed- stawia butelke w drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w wido- ku z przodu, fig. 6 - butelke w drugiej odmianie wzoru prze- myslowego w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - butelke w drugiej odmia-nie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z dolu, fig. 8 - butelke w drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z boku. Cecha istotna butelki jest jej ksztalt. Butelka w pierwszej odmianie ma korpus w ksztalcie bryly zwezajacej sie w kierunku pionowym i profilowanej w ksztalcie litery „S". Korpus butelki ma przekrój poprzeczny owalny przechodzacy w kolowy w miare zwezania sie w kierunku odsa- dzenia z waska walcowata szyjka majaca obszar zaopatrzony w gwint. Butelka w drugiej odmianie ma korpus w ksztalcie bryly o przekroju owalnym i profilowanej w ksztalcie litery „S", któ- ry ma u góry odsadzenie z waska walcowata szyjka majaca ob- szar zaopatrzony w gwint. Na spodzie butelka jest lekko splaszczona z jednej strony i ma zlobienie w ksztalcie zbli- zonym do litery „M" przebiegajace poprzecznie wzgledem dluz- szej osi symetrii.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3. The industrial design covers the bottle in two varieties: 1. Variety one – a bottle with converging front and rear walls. 2. Variety two – a bottle with parallel front and rear walls. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a collective drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a bottle in the first variant of the industrial design in a front view, fig. 2 - a bottle in the first variant of the industrial design in a top view, fig. 3 - a bottle in the first variant of the industrial design in a bottom view, fig. 4 - a bottle in the first variant of the industrial design in a side view, fig. 5 shows a bottle in the second variant of the industrial design in a front view, fig. 6 - a bottle in the second variant of the industrial design in a top view, fig. 7 - a bottle in the second variant of the industrial design in a bottom view, fig. 8 - a bottle in the second variant of the industrial design in a side view. An important feature of the bottle is its shape. The bottle in the first variant has a body in the shape of a block narrowing vertically and profiled in the shape of the letter "S". The bottle body has an oval cross-section that becomes circular as it narrows towards the shoulder with a narrow cylindrical neck having an area provided with a thread. The bottle in the second variant has a body in the shape of a block with an oval cross-section and profiled in the shape of the letter "S", which has an shoulder at the top with a narrow cylindrical neck having an area provided with a thread. At the bottom, the bottle is slightly flattened on one side and has a groove in the shape similar to the letter "M" running transversely to the longer axis of symmetry.
