Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko, przeznaczone do produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza do wyrobów cukierniczych, jak: torty, serniki, ciasta, ciastka. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem, charakterystycznymi wielkosciami powierzchni poziomych scian i pionowych scian oraz rysunkiem elementów na zewnetrznych powierzchniach scian oraz kolorem zewnetrznych powierzchni. Pudelko, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, o ksztalcie plaskiego prostopadloscianu, posiada istotn e cechy przejawiajace sie tym, ze zawiera w rozwinieciu powierzchni monolityczny zarys stylizowanego pasa, posiadajacego linie zagiecia i linie naciecia, oznaczone grubymi liniami, którego czesc srodkowa posiada glówna powierzchnie dolna i górna o zarysie kwadratu oraz boczne prostokatne powierzchnie stanowiace wysokosc pudelka, a symetryczne boczne i pionowo wydluzone prostokatne powierzchnie stanowia wysokosc bocznych scian pudelka, przy czym w górnej czesci powierzchnie te posiadaja pionowe naciecia oraz w czesci srodkowej naciecia pod katem prostym. Glówna powierzchnia dolna pudelka posiada krawedzie zagiecia w postaci linii stanowiacych przerywane kreskowe wgniecenia, zas na górnej srodkowej czesc pasa, na powierzchni posiada zewnetrzna krawedz zawierajaca symetryczne wysuniete elementy, która to powierzchnia, po zgieciu wzdluz dolnej krawedzi posiadajacej postac podwójnego symetrycznego przerywanego kreskowego wgniecenia, wysuniete elementy umieszczane sa przy krawedzi, w otworach glównej górnej powierzchni. Zewnetrzne powierzchnie pudelka posiadaja zielony kolor oraz zawieraja charakterystyczne ramki wzdluz obrzezy, o postaci równoleglych pasów o czerwonym i bialym kolorze powierzchni, przedzielonych powierzchnia o kolorze tla. Pudelko moze byc wykonane z tektuiy o róznej grubosci, a takze z tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym zewnetrzne powierzchnie pudelka posiadaja, jako dominujacy, zielony kolor. Szczególnie korzystnym jest wykonanie ksztaltu monolitycznego pudelka, które posiada glówna powierzchnie dolna o wymiarach 255 mm x 255 mm oraz glówna powierzchnie górna o wymiarach 260 mm x 250 mm, a takze wysokosc bocznych scian pudelka o wymiarach 100 mm.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig.5Fig.6 PLThe industrial design registration right for the box has been in effect since July 22, 2003. The industrial design is a box intended for food products, particularly confectionery products such as tarts, cheesecakes, pastries, and cookies. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new form of the item, manifested by its shape, the characteristic dimensions of the horizontal and vertical walls, the design of elements on the outer surfaces of the walls, and the color of the outer surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the view of an unfolded rectangular symmetrical box, forming the outline of a vertical strip, containing in the upper central part an outer rectangular surface 1 with a longer horizontal side, having free side edges and on the outer upper free edge two symmetrical projections with a prismatic outline, while the longer lower edge constitutes a bend edge with the outline of a double symmetrical dashed line indentation, and in the lower part, below, a rectangular surface 2 with a longer horizontal side, which is shorter than the longer side of the upper outer surface, having free side edges and the upper and lower edges constituting the bend edge, and below, a rectangular, horizontally elongated surface, containing in in the middle part, the outline of a square 3 is separated by the fold edges and symmetrical side rectangles 4 with vertical longer sides having outer free edges, and the inner vertical edges are common to the vertical edges of the square and constitute the fold edges, wherein in the lower part the outer edges of the rectangle are free, while in the upper parts the side rectangles 4 contain smaller rectangles 5 separated by horizontal fold edges, having diagonally cut corners on the inner free edge, in the upper part, and below the surface with the outline of a square, a rectangular surface 6 with a horizontal longer side, the horizontal edges of which constitute the fold edges, wherein the lower edge of the fold has the outline of an interrupted line indentation, and the shorter vertical sides have free edges, and below a horizontally elongated surface containing in the central part an outline of a square 7 separated by fold edges, wherein the fold edges have the outline of a dashed lined indentation and symmetrical side rectangles 8 with vertical longer sides having outer free edges and radial lower outer corners, and inner edges common with the edges of the separated square through the dashed fold edges, wherein the symmetrical side rectangles have in the upper part smaller rectangles 9 with an outline of squares, having upper edges and free side edges, and the lower edges constitute horizontal fold edges, and below the surface of the separated square it has a rectangular surface 10 with the outline of a horizontal strip, having side edges and a free outer edge, wherein the lower corners have radial outline, and the inner horizontal edge is the edge of the bend, common with the edge of the separated square. The attached photographs show in Fig. 2 - a view of surface 2 in green color, having a longitudinal symmetrical stylized frame, containing an external outline in the form of a red surface strip and an internal outline in the form of a white surface strip, which are separated from each other on a green surface background, wherein the corners of the frame have a radial outline, and inside the frame there are two asymmetrically located symmetrical rectangles with a white background, having outlines of a table with horizontal and vertical lines in red color and the inscriptions: CONTINENTAL, BAKED, TORTES, MUDCAKES, SPECIALITY CAKES, OTHER and in the side part of the internal surface of the frame on a white background there are two rectangles with outlines of red lines, placed one above the other, while in Fig. 3 - a view of surface 3 in the form of a square, with a green background color, having a symmetrical stylized frame around the edges, comprising an outer outline in the form of a strip with a red surface color and an inner outline in the form of a parallel strip with a white surface color, wherein the stripes are separated from each other, and the stylized frame has a square-shaped surface with an arc-shaped corner outline, with an outline concave towards the center, and in fig. 4 - a view of symmetrical surfaces 4 and surface 6, with a green background color, having a symmetrical stylized frame around the edges, comprising an outer outline in the form of a strip with a red surface color and an inner outline in the form of a parallel strip with a white surface color, wherein the stripes are separated from each other by the background color, and the stylized frame has a square-shaped, arc-shaped corner outline, and in fig. 5 - a view of surface 10 with a green surface color, having radial lower corners and a symmetrical stylized frame, containing an external outline in the form of a red surface-colored strip and an internal outline in the form of a parallel white surface-colored strip, the strips being separated from each other by the background color, and the stylized frame having arc-shaped, concave corner outlines, while in Fig. 6 - a view of surface 7 with a square outline, having a green surface-colored edge strip and a white background-colored surface having in its central part a stylized outline of the European continent with a marked stylized outline of the borders of Poland and a surface in the form of horizontal white and red stripes. The box, according to the industrial design, in the shape of a flat cuboid, has significant features manifested in that it contains in the surface development a monolithic outline of a stylized strip with fold lines and cut lines marked with thick lines, the central part of which has a main lower and upper surface with a square outline and rectangular side surfaces constituting the height of the box, and symmetrical side and vertically elongated rectangular surfaces constituting the height of the side walls of the box, wherein in the upper part these surfaces have vertical cuts and in the central part cuts at a right angle. The main bottom surface of the box has fold edges in the form of lines representing dashed indentations, while the upper center strip has an outer edge containing symmetrical raised elements. This surface, when folded along the lower edge, which has the form of a double symmetrical dashed indentation, places the raised elements at the edge, in the holes in the main top surface. The outer surfaces of the box are green and contain characteristic frames along the edges, in the form of parallel stripes with red and white surfaces, separated by a background-colored surface. The box can be made of cardboard of various thicknesses, as well as plastic, with the outer surfaces of the box having, as the dominant color, green. It is particularly advantageous to create a monolithic box with the main bottom surface measuring 255 mm x 255 mm and the main top surface measuring 260 mm x 250 mm, as well as the height of the side walls of the box measuring 100 mm.
