Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie wyrobów spozywczych a w szczególnosci wyrobów cukierniczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie w naniesionym na nim obrazie graficznym z napisami zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie wyrobów spozywczych w postaci obrazu graficznego wierzchniej strony i przyleglych do niej stron bocznych opakowania. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku opakowanie wyrobów spozywczych ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego pudelka, którego strona wierzchnia i przylegle do niej scianki boczne maja ilustracje w postaci szarego tla, na którym w centralnym miejscu usytuowany jest szklany talerz, na którym umieszczona jest serweta a na niej znajduja sie przyrumienione ciasta francuskie o róznej wielkosci, w tym niektóre z konfiturami. Przy brzegu talerza umieszczone sa wisnie i truskawki oraz bialo czerwona flaga z napisami. Natomiast obok talerza umieszczona jest filizanka z podstawkiem i kawa wewnatrz. Po przeciwnej stronie talerza umieszczona jest serweta z jasno niebieskimi pasami. Na scianie bocznej umieszczone sa kwadraty, których grafika powtarza elementy graficzne talerza z ciastem. PLThe subject of the industrial design is food packaging, particularly confectionery. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging, manifested in a graphic image with inscriptions intended for aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 depicts food packaging in the form of a graphic image of the top and adjacent sides of the packaging. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the food packaging has the shape of a rectangular box, the top and adjacent side walls of which feature illustrations in the form of a gray background. A glass plate is centrally located on the plate, on which a napkin is placed, and on the plate are browned puff pastries of various sizes, some with jam. Cherries and strawberries are placed along the edge of the plate, along with a red and white flag with inscriptions. Next to the plate is a cup with a saucer and a cup of coffee inside. On the opposite side of the plate is a napkin with light blue stripes. The side wall is decorated with squares whose graphic design echoes the graphic elements of the cake plate.
