Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt listwy przypodlogowej przeslaniajacej naroze pomiedzy sciana o podloga. Znanych jest wiele rozwiazan uchwytów mocowanych wkretem do sciany i posiadaja- cych dwa zaczepy, na które rowkami wzdluznymi nasuwana jest listwa. Przykladowo znany jest uchwyt przedstawiony w opisie zgloszenia miedzynarodowego wynalazku nr WO 97/47836 i ujawniony ponadto w polskim zgloszeniu wzoru uzytko- wego nr W-106 598. Uchwyt wedlug tego rozwiazania stanowi wygieta pod katem pro- stym plytka ze scianka pionowa o ksztalcie zblizonym do trzech liter "T" polaczonych pionowymi ramionami. W sciance pionowej w strefie prostopadlego polaczenia ramion wykonany jest okragly otwór mocujacy z przetloczonym obrzezem a na obu koncach kazdego górnego ramienia usytuowane sa dwa wystajace do przodu zaczepy - górny i dolny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wyrobu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Po obu stronach naciec usytuowane sa dwa prostokat- ne zaczepy dolne, które stanowia narozniki poziomej scianki wygiete ku górze równo- legle do scianki pionowej. Górna krawedz pionowej scianki jest dwukrotnie wygieta i ma zaczep górny rozciagaja- cy sie na calej jej dlugosci. Many holder designs are known, which are attached to the wall with screws and have two hooks onto which the skirting board is slid through longitudinal grooves. For example, the holder described in the description of international patent application no. WO 97/47836 and also disclosed in Polish utility model application no. W-106 598. According to this design, the holder consists of a plate bent at a right angle with a vertical wall, shaped similarly to three letters "T" connected by vertical arms. A circular mounting hole with an embossed rim is made in the vertical wall at the perpendicular joint of the arms, and two forward-protruding hooks – one upper and one lower – are located at both ends of each upper arm. The new and original form of the product, based on an industrial design, is evident in its shape and line layout. The handle has the form of an angle bar with a vertical wall and a horizontal wall. In the central zone of the vertical wall, there is a mounting hole, which serves as a socket for the screw head securing the bracket to the wall. The hole is oval. In the horizontal wall, which constitutes the second arm of the bracket, two notches are made perpendicular to the vertical wall. On either side of the notches are two rectangular lower hooks, which constitute the corners of the horizontal wall, bent upward parallel to the vertical wall. The upper edge of the vertical wall is bent twice and has an upper hook extending along its entire length. In the variant shown in Figs. 1 and 1.1, the upper hook is the edge of the vertical wall bent at a right angle. In the variant shown in Figs. 2 and 2.1. The upper hook is the edge of a vertical wall bent into an arc. In the variant shown in Figs. 3 and 3.1, the upper hook is the edge of a vertical wall bent at a right angle and provided with teeth at the ends. In the variant shown in Figs. 4 and 4.1, the upper hook is the edge of a vertical wall bent into an arc and provided with teeth at the ends. In the variant shown in Figs. 5 and 5.1, the upper hook is the edge of a vertical wall bent at a right angle, and two embossments are located on both sides of the oval hole. In the variant shown in Figs. 6 and 6.1. The upper catch is the edge of the vertical wall, bent into an arc, and two embossments are located on either side of the oval opening. All upper catch variants are made by bending the edge zones and extend along the entire horizontal edge of the vertical wall. The essential features of the industrial-design holder are that the horizontal wall, which forms the second arm of the angle bracket, has two notches perpendicular to the vertical wall. Two rectangular lower catches are located on either side of the notches, forming the corners of the horizontal wall, bent upwards parallel to the vertical wall. The upper edge of the vertical wall is bent twice and has an upper catch extending along its entire length. The upper catch is the edge of a vertical wall bent at a right angle or arc-shaped, smooth or provided with teeth at the ends, and on both sides of the oval hole there may be vertical embossings in various versions.
