Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt mocujacy listwy maskujacej, zwlasz- cza listwy przypodlogowej przeslaniajacej naroze pomiedzy sciana o podloga. Znanych jest wiele rozwiazan uchwytów mocowanych wkretem do sciany i posiadaja- cych dwa zaczepy, na które rowkami wzdluznymi nasuwana jest listwa. Przykladowo znany jest uchwyt przedstawiony w opisie zgloszenia miedzynarodowego wynalazku nr WO 97/47836 i ujawniony ponadto w polskim zgloszeniu wzoru uzytko- wego nr W-106 598. Uchwyt wedlug tego rozwiazania stanowi wygieta pod katem pros- tym plytka ze scianka pionowa o ksztalcie zblizonym do trzech liter "T" polaczonych pionowymi ramionami. W sciance pionowej w strefie prostopadlego polaczenia ramion wykonany jest okragly otwór mocujacy z przetloczonym obrzezem a na obu koncach kazdego górnego ramienia usytuowane sa dwa wystajace do przodu zaczepy - górny i dolny. Zaczepy sa rozstawione symetiycznie wzgledem poziomej osi otworu na wy- miar odstepu miedzy rowkami wzdluznymi listwy a wykonane sa przez odgiecie stref przykrawedziowych w ksztalt litery "U". Ramie zaczepu odgiete od scianki pionowej jest do niej prostopadle a ramie swobodne jest nieco odchylone w kierunku na zewnatrz od otworu mocujacego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wyrobu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w dwóch odmianach na ry- sunku. Symetrycznie po obu stronach poziomej osi otworu mocujacego oraz w rozstawieniu odpowiadajacym odleglosci miedzy rowkami wzdluznymi listwy przypodlogowej znaj- duja sie dwa zaczepy - górny i dolny, wystajace do przodu nad scianke pozioma. Oba zaczepy wykonane sa przez odgiecie stref przykrawedziowych w ksztalt litery "U", któ- rej ramie odgiete od scianki pionowej jest do niej prostopadle a ramie swobodne odchy- lone jest nieco w strone na zewnatrz od otworu mocujacego. Zaczep górny wystepuje wzdluz calej poziomej krawedzi scianki pionowej. Ponizej otworu mocujacego znajduje sie prostokatny otwór, majacy na przedluzeniu pionowych boków dwa naciecia, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie zaczep dolny. Na kon- cach ramion swobodnych obu zaczepów wykonane sa zeby, wystajace poza wzdluzne poziome krawedzie. Scianka pozioma ma poprzeczne naciecie, rozciagajace sie równolegle do dluzszego boku scianki. Istotne cechy uchwytu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze scianka pio- nowa ma obrys prostokata, zaczep górny rozciaga sie wzdluz calej górnej krawedzi scianki pionowej, otwór mocujacy ma ksztalt owalny zas ponizej otworu mocujacego znajduje sie prostokatny otwór, majacy na przedluzeniu pionowych boków dwa nacie- cia, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie zaczep dolny. Na koncach ramion swobodnych obu zaczepów wykonane sa zeby, wystajace poza wzdluzne poziome krawedzie. W odmia- nie wzoru otwór mocujacy ma ksztalt okragly.fig. 1fig. 2 fig. 3fig. 4fig. 5 fig. 6 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a mounting bracket for a cover strip, particularly a skirting board that covers the corner between the wall and the floor. Many bracket designs are known, attaching them to the wall with screws and having two hooks onto which the strip is slid through longitudinal grooves. For example, the bracket shown in the description of international patent application No. WO 97/47836 and also disclosed in Polish utility model application No. W-106 598. According to this design, the bracket consists of a plate bent at a right angle with a vertical wall, shaped similarly to three letters "T" connected by vertical arms. A circular mounting hole with an embossed rim is made in the vertical wall, in the perpendicular area where the arms meet. Two forward-protruding hooks—one upper and one lower—are located at each end of each upper arm. The hooks are spaced symmetrically relative to the horizontal axis of the hole, equal to the distance between the longitudinal grooves in the strip, and are created by bending the edge zones into a "U" shape. The hook arm, bent away from the vertical wall, is perpendicular to it, while the free arm is slightly angled outward from the mounting hole. The new and original form of the product based on the industrial design is evident in its shape and line layout. The industrial design handle is shown in two variations in the drawing. The handle is in the form of an angle bracket with a vertical wall and a horizontal wall. In the central zone of the vertical wall is a mounting hole with an embossed rim, which forms a socket for the screw head securing the handle to the wall. The hole is oval in shape, while in the pattern variant - round in shape. Symmetrically located on both sides of the horizontal axis of the mounting hole and spaced according to the distance between the longitudinal grooves of the skirting board, are two hooks – one upper and one lower – protruding forward above the horizontal wall. Both hooks are made by bending the edge zones into a "U" shape, with the bent arm from the vertical wall perpendicular to it and the free arm slightly outward from the mounting hole. The upper hook runs along the entire horizontal edge of the vertical wall. Below the mounting hole is a rectangular hole with two notches along the vertical sides, between which is the lower hook. The ends of the free arms of both hooks have protrusions that extend beyond the longitudinal horizontal edges. The horizontal wall has a transverse cut extending parallel to the longer side of the wall. The essential features of the industrial design holder are that the vertical wall is rectangular, the upper hook extends along the entire upper edge of the vertical wall, the mounting hole is oval, and below the mounting hole is a rectangular hole with two cuts extending along the vertical sides, between which is the lower hook. The ends of the free arms of both hooks have teeth protruding beyond the longitudinal horizontal edges. In the design variant, the mounting hole is circular.
