Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest okap z wyciagiem. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, okap z wyciagiem, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowym ksztaltem, ukladem linii , konturów, ksztaltów, strukturze materialu oraz jego ornamentacja. Wzór okapu z wyciagiem uwidoczniono na rysunkach i na fotografiaich, na których fig. 1 przedstawia okap w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i od góry, fig.2 - okap w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 3 - okap w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu, fig.4 - okap w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig.5 - okap w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig.6 - okap w widoku od góry, fig.7 przedstawia okap w widoku od tylu, fig.8 - okap w widoku od dolu, fig.9 - wysuwana czesc okapu w widoku od góry i w polozeniu wysunietym. Okap z wyciagiem, wedlug wzoru, ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, którego szersze sciany stanowia przednia i tylna sciane okapu, zas sciany stanowiace boki oraz jego górna i dolna podstawe okapu sa znacznie wezsze. Od górnej podstawy wystaje na zewnatrz pierscieniowy wystep, stanowiacy otwór dla kanalu wyciagowego, zas z dolnej podstawy wystaje na zewnatrzokapu, ruchoma plytka. Wzdluz bocznych, krótszych krawedzi sciany przedniej, okap ma prostokatne, pionowe zaglebienia. W poblizu dolnej podstawy , wzdluz przedniej sciany, okap ma znacznie wezszy niz, prostopadloscienny wystep, usytuowany pomiedzy prostokatnymi, pionowymi zaglebieniami, z którego wystaje do przodu i do tylu okapu, prostokatna plytka, stanowiaca podstawe okapu. Od przodu okapu plytka wystaje na wieksza odleglosc i ma w widoku z góry wzdluzna, o zaokraglonych koncach, listwe z przyciskami. W widoku od tylu okap ma ksztalt prostokata z poprzecznymi liniami umieszczonymi wzdluz górnej i dolnej krawedzi, oraz liczne okragle zaglebienia. Wystajaca , ruchoma czesc plytki ma w widoku od góry ksztalt prostokatny , zas od przodu i po bokach ma prostokatna listwe, przy czym od przodu sa usytuowane trzy kólka, jedno po srodku i dwa po bokach, o srodku w nieco jasniejszym odcieniu. W srodku plytka jest poprzecznie przedzielona dwoma prostokatnymi kratkami. Zas okap w widoku od góry ma okragly otwór, a po jego bokach liczne wzdluzne i poprzeczne prostokatne zaglebienia. Wystajaca czesc plytki, w widoku od dolu ma prostokatny ksztalt. Jej srodek stanowia dwie prostokatne siatki, przy czym siatka przednia jest nieco wezsza i krótsza niz siatka tylna, otoczone trzema prostokatnymi listwami z prostokatnymi, bocznymi wystepami, usytuowanymi po obu bokach prostokatnych siatek. Krawedz wystepów, od srodka okapu, jest nieco zaokraglona do srodka plytek. W jednej listwie, usytuowanej od przodu okapu sa dwa, umieszczone po bokach kólka , jasniejszew srodku. W widoku od przodu listwy wysuwanej plytki sa m^ wydrazone w srodku. Compared to similar products of this type, the hood with an exhaust fan, as defined by the industrial design, is distinguished by its new shape, arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, material structure, and ornamentation. The hood with an exhaust fan design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the hood in a perspective view from the front and top; Fig. 2 shows the hood in a perspective view from the front; Fig. 3 shows the hood in a perspective view from below; Fig. 4 shows the hood in a side view; Fig. 5 shows the hood in a side view; Fig. 6 shows the hood in a top view; Fig. 7 shows the hood in a back view; Fig. 8 shows the hood in a bottom view; Fig. 9 shows the extendable part of the hood in a top view and in the extended position. The hood with an extractor fan, according to the model, has a cuboid shape, whose wider walls constitute the front and rear walls of the hood, while the walls constituting the sides and the upper and lower base of the hood are significantly narrower. An annular projection protrudes outward from the upper base, constituting an opening for the exhaust duct, while a movable plate protrudes from the lower base to the outside of the hood. Along the shorter lateral edges of the front wall, the hood has rectangular, vertical recesses. Near the lower base, along the front wall, the hood has a significantly narrower than cuboid projection, located between the rectangular, vertical recesses, from which a rectangular plate protrudes forward and backward, constituting the base of the hood. From the front of the hood, the plate protrudes a greater distance and, when viewed from above, has a longitudinal strip with rounded ends and buttons. Viewed from the rear, the hood has a rectangular shape with transverse lines along the top and bottom edges, as well as numerous circular recesses. The protruding, movable part of the plate is rectangular when viewed from above, while from the front and sides, it has a rectangular strip. The front has three wheels, one in the center and two on the sides, with the center in a slightly lighter shade. In the center, the plate is transversely divided by two rectangular grids. Viewed from above, the hood has a circular opening with numerous longitudinal and transverse rectangular recesses on its sides. The protruding part of the tile, viewed from below, has a rectangular shape. Its center is formed by two rectangular grids, the front grid being slightly narrower and shorter than the rear grid, surrounded by three rectangular slats with rectangular lateral protrusions located on either side of the rectangular grids. The edge of the protrusions, from the center of the hood, is slightly rounded towards the center of the tile. One slat, located at the front of the hood, has two circles positioned on the sides, lighter in color in the center. In the front view of the sliding slat, the tile is slightly hollowed out in the center. The essential features of the hood, according to the model, are that it has the shape of a cuboid, the wider walls of which constitute the front and rear walls of the hood, while the walls constituting the sides and its upper and lower base of the hood are much narrower, and from the upper base there protrudes outwards an annular projection, constituting an opening for the exhaust duct, and from the lower base there protrudes outwards a movable plate, and along the side, shorter edges of the front wall, the hood has rectangular, vertical recesses, while near the lower base, along the front wall, the hood has a much narrower than, cuboid projection, situated between the rectangular, vertical recesses, from which protrudes to the front and rear of the hood a rectangular plate, constituting the base of the hood, and from the front of the hood the plate protrudes for a greater distance and, when viewed from above, has a longitudinal strip with rounded ends with buttons, while when viewed from the back, the hood has a rectangular shape with transverse lines placed along the upper and lower edges, and numerous circular recesses, and the protruding, movable part of the plate has a rectangular shape when viewed from above, while from the front and on the sides it has a rectangular strip, with three wheels located at the front, one in the middle and two on the sides, with the middle in a slightly lighter shade. In the middle the tile is transversely divided by two rectangular grids, while the hood in the top view has a round opening and on its sides numerous longitudinal and transverse rectangular recesses, the protruding part of the tile, in the bottom view has a rectangular shape, and its center is made up of two rectangular grids, wherein the front grid is slightly narrower and shorter than the rear grid, surrounded by three rectangular strips with rectangular side projections, located on both sides of the rectangular grids, wherein the edge of the projections, from the center of the hood, is slightly rounded towards the center of the tiles, and in one strip, located at the front of the hood, there are two circles placed on the sides, lighter in the middle, while in the front view of the sliding strip the tiles are hollowed out in the middle, as shown in the drawings and photographs, fig. 1-9.
