Przedmiotem wzom przemyslowego jest szafka podumywalkowa przeznaczona do oslaniania syfonu i armatury doprowadzajacej wode do umywalki i równoczesnie wy- korzystujaca uzytkowo przestrzen pod umywalka. Szafka w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu sklada sie z korpusu utworzonego z nóg polaczonych ze soba: u góry - listwami bocznymi i listwa przednia, po bokach - scianami bocznymi a w dolnej czesci - podloga oraz z jed- nostronnych drzwiczek otwieranych, wedle zyczenia, na lewa lub prawa strone, wyposa- zonych w uchwyt o metalicznym wygladzie. Górna czesc szafki posiada wyciecie o ksztal- cie zblizonym do czesci elipsy, którego zarys odpowiada profilowi umieszczonej nad szaf- ka umywalki. W znanych ze stosowania szafkach o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu cala frontowa powierzchnie zakrywaja drzwiczki i umieszczona nad nimi plyta z wycieciem o ksztalcie profilu umywalki. W tych rozwiazaniach szafki nie posiadaja nóg, lub maja je o malej wy- sokosci, zakryte podloga. Szafka stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego posiada cechy nowosci i oryginalno- sci, którymi sa: konstrukcyjne wyeksponowanie nóg o przekroju zblizonym do kwadratu, osadzenie listwy przedniej i drzwiczek tak, ze ich powierzchnia jest nieznacznie cofnieta w stosunku do powierzchni nóg, ustawienie scian bocznych tak, ze ich powierzchnia ze- wnetrzna pokrywa sie z powierzchnia wewnetrzna nóg a ponadto nogi oraz listwy: przed- nia i boczne maja barwe drewna a drzwiczki sa koloru bialego. This industrial design is a vanity unit designed to conceal the sink's siphon and water supply fittings, while also utilizing the space beneath the sink. The cuboid-shaped unit consists of a body composed of legs connected by: the top with side rails and a front rail, the sides with side walls, and the bottom with a floor, as well as a single-sided door that opens to the left or right, as desired, and is equipped with a metallic handle. The upper section of the unit features a cutout roughly resembling an ellipse, the outline of which corresponds to the profile of the sink placed above it. In the well-known cuboid cabinets, the entire front surface is covered by the door and a panel with a cutout shaped like a washbasin profile placed above it. In these designs, the cabinets have no legs, or they have low-height legs covered by the floor. The cabinet, which is the subject of the industrial design, possesses novel and original features, including: the structurally exposed legs with a cross-section close to square, the front panel and door positioned so that their surfaces are slightly recessed relative to the legs, the side walls positioned so that their outer surfaces match the inner surfaces of the legs, and the legs and front and side panels are wood-colored, while the doors are white. The color combination of the legs and doors highlights the cabinet's original appearance. The cabinet, as shown in the model, is available in two versions, differing only in color. Both varieties are shown in the drawing and photographs alongside the fitted washbasin for which they are intended. Figure 1 shows the cabinet of both varieties in front and side views. Variety No. 1, shown in Figures 1 and 2, comes in a color combination in which the legs, front panel, and side panels have the appearance of light wood, maple, and the doors are white with a glossy or matte finish. Variety No. 2, shown in Figures 1 and 3, comes in a color combination in which the legs, front panel, and side panels have the appearance of dark wood, dark walnut, and the doors are also white with a glossy or matte finish. Significant features of the industrial design: The cabinet legs have a square cross-section, visible along their full height from the bottom to the sink. The front panel and door are positioned so that their surfaces are slightly recessed relative to the legs. The side walls adhere to the inner surfaces of the legs. The legs and the front and side panels are wood-colored, while the door is white. The shape of the cabinet elements, especially the legs, and the color combination of the legs, the connecting panels, and the door highlight the cabinet's unique appearance.
