Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa. Kanapa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie sposród znanych kanap nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 - kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku z czesciowo opuszczonym oparciem, fig.3 - kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku z calkowicie opuszczonym oparciem ( co odpowiada stanowi rozlozenia kanapy, fig. 4 - kanape w widoku od strony prawego boku, przy czym widok z lewego boku jest taki sam, fig. 5 - kanape w widoku z przodu i fig. 6 przedstawia kanape wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w widoku z góry. Kanapa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z czterech zasadniczych czesci, które stanowia: pozioma czescw ksztalcie plyty bedaca siedziskiem o zarysie z góry zblizonym do odwróconej stylizowanej litery T, ruchome plytowe oparcie, które ma zarys zblizony do stylizowanej litery C, i te sama grubosc co czesc bedaca siedziskiem, 5 oraz dwie jednakowe podpory o zarysie wydluzonych prostokatów usytuowane u dolu wzdluz krótszych boków siedziska w pewnej odleglosci od ich krawedzi i przymocowane do nich za posrednictwem niewielkich prostokatnych elementów dystansowych, przy czym w stanie 10 zlozonym kanapy podpory wystaja z tylu poza obreb siedziska oraz zakonczone sa u góry wystajacymi ku górze niewielkimi elementami dystansowymi. Zewnetrzne naroza oparcia i przednie naroza siedziska sa zaokraglone, przy czym siedzisko ma przednia scianke pionowa, zas scianke tylna 15 odchylona pod katem ostrym od pionu ku przodowi kanapy, natomiast wewnetrzne naroza oparcia komplementarne z narozami tylnej scianki siedziska sa niezaokraglone. Istotne cechy kanapy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa takie, ze sklada sie ona z czterech zasadniczych czesci, 20 które stanowia: pozioma czesc w ksztalcie plyty bedaca siedziskiem o zarysie z góry zblizonym do odwróconej stylizowanej litery T, ruchome plytowe oparcie, które ma zarys zblizony do stylizowanej litery C, i te sama grubosc co czesc bedaca siedziskiem, oraz dwie jednakowe podpory o 25 zarysie wydluzonych prostokatów usytuowane u dolu wzdluz krótszych boków siedziska w pewnej odleglosci od ich krawedzi i przymocowane do nich za posrednictwem niewielkich prostokatnych elementów dystansowych, przy czym w stanie zlozonym kanapy podpory wystaja z tylu poza obreb 30 siedziska oraz zakonczone sa u góry wystajacymi ku górzeniewielkimi elementami dystansowymi i zewnetrzne naroza oparcia i przednie naroza siedziska sa zaokraglone, przy czym siedzisko ma przednia scianke pionowa, zas scianke tylna odchylona pod katem ostrym od pionu ku przodowi 5 kanapy, natomiast wewnetrzne naroza oparcia komplementarne z narozami tylnej scianki siedziska sa niezaokraglone, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - fig.6. 10Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a sofa. The sofa, based on the industrial design, stands out from known sofas with its new form, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view from the front and from the side, Fig. 2 - the sofa in a perspective view from the front and from the side with the backrest partially lowered, Fig. 3 - the sofa in a perspective view from the front and from the side with the backrest completely lowered (which corresponds to the unfolded state of the sofa), Fig. 4 - the sofa in a view from the right side, while the view from the left side is the same, Fig. 5 - the sofa in a front view and Fig. 6 shows the sofa according to the industrial design in a top view. The sofa according to the industrial design consists of four basic parts, which are: a horizontal part in the shape of a plate, being a seat with an outline from above similar to an inverted stylized letter T, a movable plate-shaped backrest, which has an outline similar to a stylized letter C, and the same thickness as the part being the seat, 5 and two identical supports in the shape of elongated rectangles located at the bottom along the shorter sides of the seat at a certain distance from their edges and attached to them by means of small rectangular spacers, wherein in the folded state of the sofa the supports protrude at the back beyond the seat area and are terminated at the top with small spacers protruding upwards. The outer corners of the backrest and the front corners of the seat are rounded, with the seat having a vertical front wall, while the rear wall 15 is inclined at an acute angle from the vertical towards the front of the sofa, while the inner corners of the backrest, complementary to the corners of the rear wall of the seat, are not rounded. The essential features of the sofa according to the industrial design are that it consists of four basic parts, 20 which constitute: a horizontal part in the shape of a plate being a seat with an outline from above resembling an inverted stylized letter T, a movable plate backrest with an outline resembling a stylized letter C and the same thickness as the part being the seat, and two identical supports with the outline of elongated rectangles situated at the bottom along the shorter sides of the seat at a certain distance from their edges and attached to them by means of small rectangular spacers, wherein in the folded state of the sofa the supports protrude at the back beyond the area of the seat and are terminated at the top with small spacers protruding upwards and the outer corners of the backrest and the front corners of the seat are rounded, wherein the seat has a vertical front wall and the rear wall is inclined at an acute angle from the vertical towards the front front 5 of the sofa, while the inner corners of the backrest complementary to the corners of the rear wall of the seat are not rounded, as shown in the attached drawing, fig.1 - fig.6. 10Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL PL
