Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie grzejnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia grzejnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- grzejnik w widoku z przodu, a fig.3- grzejnik w widoku z góry. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy segment przedni oraz segment tylny posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment przedni ma plaska sciane tylna i wypukla sciane przednia. W czesci dolnej sciany przedniej segmentu przedniego znajduje sie wybranie majace krawedz w ksztalcie paraboli i wybranie wypelnione jest wkladka o zróznicowanym kolorze, na której usytuowany jest wystep stanowiacy wieszak kabla. W czesci srodkowej scianyprzedniej segmentu przedniego widoczny jest ozdobny obszar, wyodrebniony paraboliczna krawedzia, w polu którego usytuowane jest wglebienie, a w nim znajduje sie wkladka z wylacznikiem czasowym. W czesci górnej tej sciany usytuowane jest wybranie majace krawedz w ksztalcie paraboli, które wypelnione jest wkladka o zróznicowanym kolorze, przy czym w polu tej wkladki znajduja sie dwa pokretla, a nad nimi ozdobne wyciecie majace w widoku z boku zarys kata ostrego. W polu sciany górnej segmentu przedniego znajduje sie kilkanascie otworów o zarysach owalnych. Ponadto w czesci srodkowej sciany przedniej segmentu przedniego widoczny jest wypukly obszar, który w widoku z przodu ma zarys paraboli i stanowi „turbo" panel. W polu sciany przedniej „turbo" panelu znajduje sie kilkanascie skosnie ulozonych szczelin, a w polu jego sciany bocznej widoczne sa poziome zarysy. The design registration is valid from: February 28, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a radiator. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the radiator's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the radiator in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the radiator in a front view, and Fig. 3 - the radiator in a top view. The radiator according to the industrial design, comprising a front section and a rear section, has the following essential features: the front section has a flat rear wall and a convex front wall. In the lower part of the front wall of the front section, there is a recess with a parabolic edge, and the recess is filled with a colored insert, on which is located a protrusion acting as a cable hanger. In the central part of the front wall of the front segment, a decorative area is visible, defined by a parabolic edge. Within this area is a recess containing a timer insert. In the upper part of this wall, a recess with a parabolic edge is located, filled with a colored insert. This insert contains two knobs, and above them, a decorative cutout that appears as an acute angle when viewed from the side. The upper wall of the front segment contains several oval-shaped openings. Furthermore, the central part of the front wall of the front segment contains a convex area, which appears as a parabola when viewed from the front, forming a "turbo" panel. The front wall of the "turbo" panel contains several obliquely arranged slots, and its side wall contains horizontal outlines.
