Zderzak samochodu Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 6 lutego 2003 Pierwszenstwo: 9 sierpnia 2002, Wlochy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak samochodu. Zderzak samochodu stanowi czesc karoserii samochodu trzydrzwiowego. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, zderzak samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór zderzaka samochodu uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zderzak samochodu od zewnatrz, fig. 2 - zderzak samochodu w widoku od wewnatrz, fig. 3 - zderzak samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym. Zderzak samochodu jest lukowo wygiety i ma zarys zblizony do trójkata z dwoma narozami scietymi i lukowym wycieciem naboku pomiedzy tymi scietymi narozami. Obok tego lukowego wyciecia usytuowany jest wystep o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego. Sciecie jednego z narozy jest prostoliniowe, zakonczone elementem prostokatnym, przy którym usytuowany jest prostokatny wystep, zas sciecie drugiego z narozy ma profil zaokraglony, z trójkatnym wystepem. Przy trzecim z narozy zderzaka usytuowane sa dwa prostokatne wystepy. Przy boku przeciwleglym do naroza o zaokraglonym scieciu zderzak ma pasek z wycieciem o zarysie prostokatnym w czesci srodkowej. Ponadto na zderzaku zaznaczony jest wzdluzny pasek a obok niego okragly pierscien. Cechami istotnymi zderzaka samochodu jest to, ze jest lukowo wygiety i ma zarys zblizony do trójkata z dwoma narozami scietymi i lukowym wycieciem na boku pomiedzy tymi scietymi narozami. Obok tego lukowego wyciecia usytuowany jest wystep o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego. Sciecie jednego z narozy jest prostoliniowe, zakonczone elementem prostokatnym, przy którym usytuowany jest prostokatny wystep, zas sciecie drugiego z narozy ma profil zaokraglony, z trójkatnym wystepem. Przy trzecim z narozy zderzaka usytuowane sa dwa prostokatne wystepy. Przy boku przeciwleglym do naroza o zaokraglonym scieciu zderzak ma pasek z wycieciem o zarysie prostokatnym w czesci srodkowej. Ponadto na zderzaku zaznaczony jest wzdluzny pasek a obok niego okragly pierscien - jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 3.FIG.1 FlG.2FIG.3 PLCar bumper. The car bumper is part of the body of a three-door car. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the car bumper based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The car bumper design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the car bumper from the outside, Fig. 2 - the car bumper viewed from the inside, and Fig. 3 - the car bumper in perspective. The car bumper is curved into an arc and has an outline similar to a triangle with two truncated corners and an arc-shaped cutout in the side between these truncated corners. Next to this arc-shaped cutout is a protrusion with an outline similar to a rectangle. The chamfer of one corner is rectilinear, terminating in a rectangular element with a rectangular protrusion, while the chamfer of the other corner has a rounded profile with a triangular protrusion. The third corner of the bumper has two rectangular protrusions. On the side opposite the rounded corner, the bumper has a strip with a rectangular cutout in the center. Furthermore, a longitudinal strip is marked on the bumper, and next to it is a circular ring. The key features of a car bumper are its arc-shaped curve and its outline resembles a triangle with two chamfered corners and an arc-shaped cutout on the side between these chamfered corners. Next to this arc-shaped cutout is a protrusion with a rectangular shape. The bevel of one corner is straight, terminating in a rectangular element with a rectangular protrusion located next to it. The bevel of the other corner has a rounded profile with a triangular protrusion. The third corner of the bumper has two rectangular protrusions. On the side opposite the corner with the rounded bevel, the bumper has a strip with a rectangular cutout in the middle.
