Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy uniwersalny jedno lub dwupunktowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy uniwersalny w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „k", fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy uniwersalny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt bryly o ksztalcie w widoku z boku zblizonym do pogrubionej litery „T", której czlon górny ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu z lekko wklesla jego górna powierzchnia posiadajaca podluzny kanalek prostokatny usytuowany w jej osi symetrii, a czlon dolny usytuowany prostopadle do czlonu górnego ma element o przekroju poprzecznym prostokatnym, w którego dnie znajduja sie trzy otwory lezace w jednej osi, wykorzystywane w zaleznosci od potrzeb przy laczeniu go z meblem za pomoca jednego elementu polaczeniowego lub dwóch elementów polaczeniowych. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the universal furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 2 - the same handle viewed from below in the direction of the "k" arrow, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view. The universal furniture handle according to the industrial design has the shape of a solid whose side view resembles a bold letter "T", the upper part of which is similar to a trapezoid with a slightly concave upper surface having an elongated rectangular channel situated in its axis of symmetry, and the lower part situated perpendicularly to the upper part has an element with a rectangular cross-section, in the bottom of which there are three holes lying in one axis, used depending on the needs when connecting it to the furniture by means of one connecting element or two connecting elements. Essential features of the industrial design The universal furniture handle shown in fig. 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a solid with a side view resembling a bold letter "T", the upper part of which is similar to a trapezoid with a slightly concave upper surface having an elongated rectangular channel located in its axis of symmetry, and the lower part located perpendicularly to the upper part has an element with a rectangular cross-section, in the bottom of which there are three holes lying in one axis.
