Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klocek wypierajacy , stosowany przy montazu tworzywowych ram okiennych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klocka wypierajacego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku w widoku ogólnym, na którym figury od fig.l do fig.6. przedstawiaja odmiany wykonania wzoru. Klocek wypierajacy , z tworzywa sztucznego posiadaja nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, swoim ksztaltem przypomina litere M, posiada gladka powierzchnie oraz pewna szerokosc. Klocek przedstawiony na fig.l posiada dwie nogi proste i równolegle oraz sklepienie w ksztalcie luku przechodzace w trzecia noge z wystepem od wewnetrznej strony. Klocek na fig.2 posiada sklepienie w postaci linii lamanej oraz dwie nogi z wystepami u podstawy skierowanymi na zewnatrz. Klocek na fig.3 posiada dwie nogi równolegle oraz sklepieniem obnizajacym sie ku trzeciej nodze, która zakonczona jest ksztaltem w postaci linii lamanej kierujacej sie ku stronie wewnetrznej klocka. Klocek na fig.4 posiada dwie nogi równolegle polaczone sklepieniem obnizajacym sie ku trzeciej nodze , który ma ksztalt litery L z trzema wcieciami od zewnetrznej strony. Klocek na fig. 5 posiada noge srodkowa z wystepem oraz sklepienie w postaci linii lamanej i trzecia noge z dwoma poziomymi rowkami. Klocek na fig.6 posiada sklepienie w postaci linii lamanej przechodzacej lukiem w noge o ksztalcie linii lamanej. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a displacement block used in the assembly of plastic window frames. The essence of the design is a new form of the displacement block, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing in a general view, in which figures 1 to 6 represent variations of the design. The displacement block, made of plastic, possesses the following essential features of an industrial design: its shape resembles the letter M, it has a smooth surface, and a certain width. The block shown in Fig. 1 has two straight and parallel legs and an arched vault that merges into a third leg with a protrusion on the inner side. The block in Fig. 2 has a broken-line vault and two legs with protrusions at the base pointing outward. The block in Fig. 3 has two parallel legs and a vault that slopes downward toward the third leg, which terminates in a broken line toward the inner side of the block. The block in Fig. 4 has two parallel legs connected by a vault that slopes downward toward the third leg, which is L-shaped with three notches on the outer side. The block in Fig. 5 has a middle leg with a protrusion, a broken line vault, and a third leg with two horizontal grooves. The block in Fig. 6 has a broken line vault that arcs into the broken line leg.
