Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania polioli, który prowadzi się tak, że do reaktora wprowadza się poli(alkohol winylowy) oraz węglan etylenu w ilości od 20 do 25 moli na 1 mol merów poli(alkoholu winylowego). Zawartość reaktora ogrzewa się do temperatury z zakresu od 120°C do 140°C i jednocześnie miesza się z prędkością 500 - 2000 obrotów na minutę. Ogrzewanie prowadzi się do momentu całkowitego rozpuszczenia poli(alkoholu winylowego). Mieszaninę reakcyjną oziębia się do temperatury co najwyżej 80°C, a następnie dodaje się do niej węglan potasu w ilości od 0,6% do 1,5% mas. w stosunku do masy pozostałych składników. Zawartość reaktora ogrzewa się do temperatury z zakresu od 170°C do 190°C i miesza się go z prędkością 400 - 600 obrotów na minutę do czasu zakończenia reakcji.
