Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania biodegradowalnych opakowań i elementów wyposażenia opakowań, który zawiera następujące etapy: a. przygotowanie wytłoków z lnianki, tj. rozdrobnienie i przesianie wytłoków lnianki, a także regulacja ich wilgotności poprzez oddziaływanie wodą o zakresie temp. 30°C-100°C i/lub przegrzaną parą wodną albo suszenie, b. przygotowanie biodegradowalnego materiału na bazie wytłoków z lnianki poprzez połączenie wytłoków z biotworzywami, korzystnie z polilaktydem, chitozanem, żelatyną, skrobią termoplastyczną, octanem celulozy, poli(alkoholem winylowym) i polihydroksymaślanem (PHB), a także i/lub z dodatkami niezbędnymi do uzyskania pożądanych cech użytkowych wyrobu końcowego typu plastyfikatory (glicerol, sorbitol) i/lub związki przeciwdrobnoustrojowe (naturalne olejki np. cytrusowy, grejpfrutowy, eukaliptusowy, tymol), c. formowanie wyrobów, zwłaszcza opakowań i kształtek stanowiących elementy wyposażenia dodatkowego opakowań metodą prasowania w warunkach określonej temperatury i ciśnienia, d. i/lub natryskiwanie wcześniej uformowanych opakowań lub kształtek biotworzywami, korzystnie poli(alkoholem winylowym) lub żelatyną, a następnie suszenie, przy czym jako surowiec stosuje się wytłoki z lnianki o frakcji ziaren w zakresie od 212 µm, korzystnie włączenie z 212 µm, do wielkości poniżej 1,7 mm, z czego udział tych frakcji w wytłokach z lnianki wynosi 85%-95%, korzystnie, udziały poszczególnych frakcji w wytłokach wynoszą dla poszczególnych wielkości ziaren: 212 µm - 1 mm 35%, do 500 µm 50%, do 1,7 mm 15% i gdy wybrane frakcje wytłoków z lnianki poddaje się działaniu wodą o temp. 80°C i suszy w temp. 100°C±5°C.
