Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania szpachlówki jednoskładnikowej, zawierającej masę szpachlową i fotoinicjatory, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do masy szpachlowej dodaje się pigment koloru błękitnego, który stanowi 1,4-(a) (izopropyloamino) antrachinon (C22H22NR2O2) reagujący z fotoinicjatorami podczas naświetlania promieniami UV w ilościach 0,005% do 0,1% w odniesieniu masy szpachlowej i miesza się składniki ze sobą, aż do ujednolicenia barwy do koloru założonego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób kontrolowania utwardzenia powłoki ze szpachlówki jednoskładnikowej wytworzonej ww. sposobem, który charakteryzuje się tym, że powłokę poddaje się działaniu promieni UV, aż do odbarwienia do koloru wyjściowego zbliżonego do koloru masy szpachlowej określonego na opakowaniu i w karcie technicznej.
