Abstract
Przedmiot wynalazku stanowi kompozycja herbicydu w postaci zawiesiny olejowej do rozcieńczania wodą przeznaczona do zwalczania roślin jednorocznych i wieloletnich zawierająca 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctan 2-etyloheksylu, sól sodową 4-jodo-2-[3-(4-metoksy-6-metylo-1,3,5-triazyn-2-ylo)ureidosulfonylo]benzoesanu metylu (jodosulfuron metylosodowy), charakteryzująca się tym, że 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctan 2-etyloheksylu jest obecny w ilości zawierającej się w zakresie od 34% wag./wag. do 37% wag/wag., natomiast sól sodowa 4-jodo-2-[3-(4-metoksy-6-metylo-1,3,5-triazyn-2-ylo)ureidosulfonylo]benzoesanu metylu (jodosulfuron metylosodowy) w ilości zawierającej się w przedziale w zakresie 0,8% do 1,2% wag./wag. w przeliczeniu na gęstość kompozycji wynoszącą 1,0453 g/ml; przy czym kompozycja ponadto zawiera komponenty w ilościach wyrażonych w % wag./wag. w przeliczeniu na gęstość kompozycji wynoszącą 1,0453 g/ml. Kolejny przedmiot wynalazku stanowi sposób wytwarzania kompozycji herbicydu jak określono w którymkolwiek z zastrzeżeń od 1 do 3, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje etapy: zmieszania oleju rzepakowego, 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctanu 2-etyloheksylu w ilości zawierającej się w zakresie od 34% wag./wag. do 37% wag./wag., co najmniej jednego organicznego polisiloksanu, dikotylowej soli sodowej sulfobursztynianu, co najmniej jednego preparatu zawierającego etoksylowany olej rycynowy, klokwintocetu meksylowego, dwutlenku krzemu, mocznika, soli sodowej 4-jodo-2-[3-(4-metoksy-6-metylo-1,3,5-triazyn-2-ylo)ureidosulfonylo]benzoesan metylu (jodosulfuron metylosodowy) w ilości zawierającej się w przedziale w zakresie 0,8% do 1,2% wag./wag. do uzyskania homogenicznej kompozycji, przy czym podczas mieszania całość chłodzono tak, żeby temperatura była niższa niż 35°C, następnie rozdrobnienia mieszaniny we młynie kulowym z uzyskaniem cząstek o Dv(50)<2 µm w temperaturze poniżej 35°C, po czym ochłodzenia mieszaniny do temperatury pokojowej; przy czym pozostałe komponenty zmieszane w ilościach wyrażonych w % wag./wag.
