Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fotoutwardzalny związek o właściwościach samonaprawczych, który stanowi difunkcyjny monomer akrylanowy z wbudowaną w cząsteczkę podwójną strukturą adduktu Dielsa-Aldera w postaci ((metylenobis(4,1-fenylen))bis(1,3-diokso-1,2,3,3a,7,7a-heksahydro-4H-4,7-epoksyizoindolo-2,4-diylo))bis(metyleno)bis(2-metyloakrylan), przy czym addukt Dielsa-Aldera wytwarzany jest w reakcji Dielsa-Aldera pomiędzy dienofilem 1,1′-(metylenobis(2-etylo-4,1-fenyleno))bis-1H-pirolo-2,5-dionu i dienem w postaci metakrylanu furfurylu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także kompozycja polimerowa z fotoutwardzalnym składnikiem o właściwościach samonaprawczych, według wynalazku zawierająca oligomery i monomery (met)akrylanowe oraz fotoinicjator, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z 20% - 60% wagowych oligomerów (met)akrylanowych, 5% - 50% wagowych monomerów (met)akrylanowych, 10% - 50% wagowych monomeru akrylanowego z wbudowanym adduktem Dielsa-Aldera w postaci ((metylenobis(4,1-fenylen))bis(1,3-diokso-1,2,3,3a,7,7a-heksahydro-4H-4,7-epoksyizoindolo-2,4-diylo))bis(metyleno)bis(2-metyloakrylan) oraz 0,5% - 10% wagowych fotoinicjatora rodnikowego, przy czym udział wszystkich składników kompozycji polimerowej wynosi 100%.
